Been with boost mobile for several years now. Customer service is top notch. I went in a couple weeks ago to replace a phone i had dropped. Maria was awesome. Didn't pressure me to get the most expensive phones at all and even let me know I could go to Walmart and possibly get a phone cheaper that way. I have always felt valued and respected and not just another sell.

When you plan months in advance and are assured there will be phones available on Xmas eve…. Come in on the day before Xmas eve and are again reassured said phone will be here…then show up and new lady says we don’t have any left. You suck as a business. Then lie and say you called me to tell me the last phone is here and then turn around and sell it to a different customer. Maria is employee who made promises and then broke them the very next day. Bad bad business. Then had the nerve to tell me I needed to put a deposit on the phone to hold it and I didn’t. Never was a deposit mentioned in the prior months of preparation for this gift. New girl literally Had my phone in her hand and decided to sell it to someone else claiming I didn’t answer. Again no phone calls were received nor voicemail. Done with Boost mobile.

I would give more than 5 stars if I was able to. Yesterday I was at the Boost Mobile store on Merrifield in Mishawaka. The customer service was amazing! "Ayla" went above and beyond, to address my questions pertaining to GPS on my phone and other questions I had. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Though I am challenged when it comes to technology, Ayla was very patient with me and did not make me feel ignorant. If you are a Boost customer and have questions about your phone or your account, I would highly recommend the Boost Mobile store at 918 Merrifield in Mishawka.

Lacking majorly in customer service, and lost a customer. They are zero help when it comes to anything on your account. The store says one thing and the 1-800 number says something else.

So I bought a phone off of Amazon and iPhone 14 Pro Max and I went there so they can do the Esim and they wanted to charge me $35 to do it but when I called customer service, they did it for free never had this problem before with boost
