About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental is a small car rental company that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers have had positive experiences, such as finding the staff to be friendly and helpful, others have faced challenges with the availability of their reserved vehicles. The company is known for its small size, which can sometimes result in customers having to change their reservations if someone decides to keep their rented car for an extra day. However, the staff has been praised for their efforts to accommodate these situations, such as providing a van for the same price as the originally booked sedan. Overall, Budget Car Rental seems to offer a decent rental experience, with customers highlighting the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the vehicles. While there have been a few hiccups, the company appears to be a reliable option for those in need of a rental car.

We had excellent customer service and help from Sherise after not being able to get a car at the airport. Despite being very busy, they were doing their best to accommodate every customer with patience and a friendly approach. THANK YOU.

The service was great, the customers in front of me all wanted to transfer from one card to another and just didn't understand. So line backed up since there was only one person. She kept her cool
