About Concept Therapy PC
Concept Therapy offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy in an outpatient and home health setting. We are committed to our patients personal goals, and provide a more hands-on concept to the therapy experience, with a unique option for continuity of care. Currently we have outpatient locations in Elkhart and South Bend, as well as onsite at five Assisted Living Facilities, and service the Midwest area for home health therapy services.

Staff very nice and helpful. I had issues with arms, legs, and balance due to MS and falls. They helped me gain strength in arms and legs and walk better.
