The staff at Concept Therapy is top notch. Arek with physical therapy is great. I'll always appreciate him for teaching me to walk again ("find your line:" "strike with your heel"). Katie with speech therapy is in a class by herself. I owe them a lot.

Everyone here at Concept Therapy is knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. They know what it takes to relieve your pain, or get you back in the swing of things after an injury or surgery. They work with you to get going again in a pain-free manner. And they listen to you and adjust your therapy as needed. Highly recommended.

Concept Therapy offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy in an outpatient and home health setting. We are committed to our patients personal goals, and provide a more hands-on concept to the therapy experience, with a unique option for continuity of care. Currently we have outpatient locations in Elkhart and South Bend, as well as onsite at five Assisted Living Facilities, and service the Midwest area for home health therapy services.
