We were at CVS at Bittersweet rd, ran out of antibiotics for our kid, they transferred prescription to the main road CVS, We got here and got the medicine immediately, life saver! Truly amazing!👍

The store employees are very professional, but I think there are too few employees in the store.
Additionally, the management needs to commit to keeping the parking lot cleaner. The trash can on the east side of the building was full to the brim. Furthermore, the sidewalk is always covered in crunchy grit, plus old chewing gum needs to be removed.
Don't blame this on the employees; they are understaffed in all areas (sales floor and pharmacy), and you can't expect them to cover more than their assigned area.
I like going to this CVS store, and I appreciate the attitude and manners of the employees. Now it's the turn of MANAGEMENT which needs to step up to make this store more presentable. I suggest updating the carpet in the store as well.
Good luck to the employees.
They deserve a break, and I can tell they are overworked.

Got called saying I could come in to get my medicine refunded as my workers comp insurance had approved it after a day. I go in to be told to come back in two days? The pharmacy is open and I’m expected to believe either of the two employees can’t do a refund?
Outside of the pharmacy its just sketchy as hell to have these giant price tags with little font saying “you have to be a member for this price”, so I left $50 worth of stuff rung up on the self check. Idk why I’d buy all of that at a 2-3x markup from Walmart just down the road. Honestly ridiculous, deceptive and manipulative pricing tactics.

You people are the literal WORST! My daughter has been without her medication since last Thursday and I was told it was not in stock but not on back order so it would be delivered in the next couple of days. Now today was told it is in fact on back order but the Edison location has it. I called her doctor, had it sent there, and now am being told the prescription has been put on hold. Once I finally get this filled, I will NEVER be back. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and find a different job that doesn’t deal with making sure people, especially children, get the medications that they need. Pathetic.

The pharmacy has a very rude staff. Never a smile. Never a offer to help. Customer Service is not practiced ever. Went to pick up medicine that was due to pick up today. I was told it wasn't ready, come back later and employee walked away. No time to come back. The store and drive through was empty. Not one other customer in the store. No offer of wait while we get this ready. A senior citizen that has to make 2 trips across town for one bottle of medicine is wrong. To be treated rudely is wrong. Training needed in customer service here for sure.

The pharmacy tech with the European accent needs to be retrained and learn time management skills. There was one person in front of me , I gave her my ID and insurance , assuming she was looking up my prescription . She had four customers as I waited about 45 minutes, only to tell me that they had no prescription for me at 6:58 p.m. She was absolutely frantic over very little business and obviously lacked executive function. Then, she was dismissive and rude.
I'm going back to Walgreens

Morgan the pharmacist was terrible at communicating with me over the phone. Raised her voice at me by just trying to understand what’s going on with my prescriptions she didn’t have to be rude to me.

We were having trouble getting my sons prescription filled. I called insurance and fixed the problem. When I called the pharmacy back (2/19/24 at 10:35 am) and was told VERY RUDELY “it’s still not working. I can’t do anything to help. Call your insurance back.” And she hung up on me. When I told my son we will not be having any prescriptions filled here, he said the same thing happened to him and he already spoke to a manager. We had our prescription transferred to another pharmacy and filled without a problem. We won’t be using this CVS pharmacy again.
