Horrible service at the pharmacy! They never answer the phones, they always have long lines, the Customer service is horrible and in my experience they never have my prescription ready on time. Horrible pharmacy not worth using.or going too.

Do not come here unless you want to be treated like garbage. You get a text saying it’s ready(your prescription) and they state they need 10-30 more minutes, get a text 5 minutes later that they are ready again “ready”. Then you go there and they don’t say a word. I’m going elsewhere from now on.

It is very unfortunate this pharmacy is short staff. I'm not sure if it's a pay issue, location issue or what. Every time I have gone in all of the staff has been very helpful. They will greet you as soon as you come to the counter and let you know they will be with you as soon as they are finished. Sometimes service does take longer than I would prefer, but I think that is a product of being short staffed. Outside of that I've never had an issue and they've always been helpful.

This pharmacy has got to be the worst that I have dealt with. Not only am I waiting on the phone for over 20 mintues, AT THE LEAST, I can’t ever seem to get what I need the day I need it. Don’t get me wrong, I know it’s not the staffs fault for the corporates bad choices, but when dealing with customers, MAYBE smile at them, or talk to them like this is your job and despite that fact that you may be having a rough day, that should NOT be reflected on how you deal with customers. I mean sighing on the phone when asked a question or any attitude in general is just not called for. I get it, work can suck sometimes but I didn’t make you work here, and I just need my meds.Also they have been out of stock for almost two weeks for my medication, and told me to call every couple of days if I don’t get a text explaining what going on. Never got one text, in two weeks. I had to call every couple of days, be on hold for at least 20 min and then talk to someone who’d much rather be anywhere else, explain to me that it’s still not in stock and I can call in a couple of days.Overall, if you’re considering coming to this pharmacy. Please just don’t.The only staff member that has always had a smile on their face despite all the chaos all the time, is that young red headed girl. Thank god for her, otherwise I don’t think I would ever have a good experience there.

If you can go to a different pharmacy, Do IT! We have had issues after issue but keep coming back. Now, today, I called in the needed prescription with website stating open til 9:00. So I show up at 7:15 only to see paper sign, effective 10/16 (today) hours close at 7:00. When I called the prescription in, do you think the person stated, by the way, we close at 7, NO.

Pharmacist Lydia is THE BEST! she has went above and beyond. I hope CVS treats her well and she stays. I've watched her run from issue a to issue b always with a smile. You can see in her eyes she's tired and they are short staffed but she keeps going. Keep up the great work and never stop smiling!

There were 3 cars in the drive through line. The woman in front of me left the line after15 min. The man at the window finally got his meds and drove off (obviously angry). I pulled up and waited. I was leaning in to press the call button when I heard some say , “Don’t press the button, we see you.” I was then completely ignored. After waiting in line a total of 29 min, I left the line without my medication.

I love CVS. It’s so convenient. However, it’ll good if CVS make products more available. I mean some products deplete quickly and not replenished.

I just witnessed Minute Clinic mistreat a child. A grammar school age child SCREAMED at getting a shot and was angry saying "You said it would not hurt!" The nurse said what she told the child was not important and proceeded to gaslight the child saying the next fall 'where you scrape your ear' will hurt worse compared to the pain of the shot. The mother looked shocked and confused leaving the exam room. Adults should not lie to kids and then gaslight them to cover the lie. This nurse is out of line for proper patient care.

While on vacation, my young child experienced an emergency and was seen at the minute clinic at this site and the doctor there prescribed the necessary medication. The pharmacy refused to fill the prescription stating my insurance didn't cover it (the same insurance they used for the minute clinic) and refused to let me pay out of pocket for it stating that would be insurance fraud leaving my child without her medication. After speaking to my insurance who said there shouldnt be a reason I cannot pay out of pocket, we called Walmart and they went above and beyond for us.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy to deal with, if you have to manage multiple RXs you are better off going anywhere else. ANYWHERE else.I read reviews because my insurance required I switch to CVS, and had hoped all the terrible reviews were just angry customers.But when dealing with this pharmacy nothing has worked out.I was on hold for a good 20 minutes, they hung up on me, and I called back to find out they were suddenly on lunch break.They pulled up wrong information in the system and pulled up another patient, and told me the RX I was talking about wasn’t under my name. They then proceeded to list off “my”previous addresses to prove I was wrong. It was the addresses of the random person they pulled up…not me…pretty sure that might be a HIPAA violation but I doubt they would care.It’s been awful dealing with this all, the wait times on the phone to get anything corrected are insanely long. And when you finally do talk to someone you better hope it’s someone who even kinda knows what they are doing or else you’re screwed.

Uhm I don't believe they know how to do much here, answering the phone is definitely not one of them.I've never been more disgusted with a pharmacy and it's customer service bit also general lack of ability to function smoothly
