Needed my tire patched after finding a nail in it. Called and spoke to Braxton the Assistant Manager and was told business was coming in waves but they could help me out without an appointment. Drove straight there and was helped super fast! Took about an hour as they got a bit busy in the time it took me to get there. Work was done very well and they did it for free! Absolute surprise to not be charged and was very very appreciated especially in this economy! Would recommend them 100% of the time. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Will come back hopefully not for a nail in the tire though!

Braxton is fantastic. I busted my Rim and called and he had new ones ordered for me within minutes. Braxton kept me informed on where the rims were coming from and when they would be in. Once everything came in Braxton set me an appointment for installation and I dropped my car off for the appointment and he got everything started before my appointment time. The service is FANTASTIC! Thank you Braxton and Discount Tire on Grape Rd you guys ROCK!

This crew was phenomenal today! After subzero temperatures over the weekend there were very long lines of vehicles to have tire pressures checked/air added as needed. Steve came out and greeted everyone waiting in line to ensure their needs. The team kept cars moving in and out of indoor bays and provided courteous service. Jordan worked on my tires and was so professional and friendly. What a wonderful service to the community they serve! I have purchased tires from them in the past and they were great then, too. Absolutely recommend this shop.

Came here when my tire thread came off my car they had me in and out with new tires in 30 mins. Friendly service people are great really good quality tires at low price. Bathrooms are clean, you can stay in your vehicle or wait in waiting area. I reccomend them over the rude high peoces of belle tire.

Made an appointment and as they said they had me out in less than an hour.. 41 minutes actually for a full set of tires. And the price was over $100 less than the second best estimate I got from calling around.

This is my favorite DT store. The guys are always nice, professional, and answer all my questions. I’ve bought my tires here for the last 15 years. Curtis took great care of me last time and Justin always does a great job when I have him. They’re also the best every time I come for a tire fill. Recommend this crew 100%. Thanks guys!

Went for a warranty exchange, a little misunderstanding at the beginning, but we later came to the same page. Hence, my problem was resolved.Customer service was good,tech stayed calm and professional throughout the transaction ?.The vehicle was done in no time.
