The Dollar Tree in Mishawaka, IN is a go-to for all things affordable, offering thousands of items including household staples, health and beauty products, cleaning supplies, party essentials, food, toys, and seasonal décor. It is described as one of the biggest locations, consistently incredibly stocked and very tidy, with items well organized and put on display. Customers find it convenient for budget-friendly basics and unique finds, emphasizing that the price is right. However, experiences with staff are frequently negative. Multiple reviews describe employees, especially the manager and other specific staff members, as rude, having a sour attitude, and talking about customers. Service issues include reluctance to operate registers and making customers feel guilty during checkout. Despite this, the store remains praised for being the best in town for its stock and cleanliness, unlike other locations. It is considered good for items where quality is not of utmost importance, providing value and convenience with every purchase.
The store is nice except for one cashier. Katie blanda. she’s not friendly towards me. She doesn’t say hi. She needs to be a little nice
