I love to shop at DSW but they ate getting harder to find. I looked at all the shoes and had to narrow it down to one or two pairs. Not too busy and employees were friendlt.

I’ve ordered the same boot 2 times and they canceled the orders after they put a hold on my money. It takes 3-7 days for my money to be returned to me. If the item is out of stock then it shouldn’t let me pay for it. I even called customer service and they don’t seem to care.

They really didn't have a very good selection of closed-toed women's shoes in colors other than brown and black. Makes it really difficult if you're trying to match other clothing for a woman in my opinion. Although if you're looking for open toed shoes, they had a good selection. Not sure I'd go back. Seems to be more oriented towards women.

Whenever I have the option for buying quality footwear DSW is the only store I continue to shop for my name brand shoes and boots. There's always a good number of discounts on the clearance rack along with many different accessories that compliment your best look for that new shoe strut especially on your back to school students. If you can't find the size you are looking for in the style you like. The helpful staff will assist with orders to be shipped right to your door. I am really thankful for the experience and the savings I had shopping at my favorite DSW.

Went in to purchase shoes with my Afterpay. Approached a store staff on the floor on her personal cell phone to ask about the wifi password so I could download my Afterpay into my wallet. There were three very obvious wifi networks but the worker informed me that there was no available WiFi and directed me to the restaurant next door. Then went back to her cell phone. I was given a wifi password in the past as I shopped here. It should be policy to do so for customers who spend money on their shoes.

Our granddaughter’s first pair of shoes! Special moment for us and I owe it to Roxanne for her outstanding customer support and service. All the staff gave awesome service that I’m definitely returning in the future.
