Thank you to Jessica that assisted me on the phone today reviewing my reservation and letting me know that they were unable to assist my needs due to vehicle availability. Jessica, you are amazing but Enterprise Corporate-why do you allow your website to reserve a vehicle at a specific time for that car along with time range that cannot be fulfilled? Bad business along with customer service-please review and do better corporate, we love your company and team but feel this is a HUGE opportunity.

Went in a week ahead of time because my son's disabled and needed a comfortable car with auto seat. We were traveling 2 hrs to an Indy specialist. They assured me they would have a great car ready for me. Would even call me that day as soon as they opened the day of to confirm. Never heard from anyone. Not only did they NOT have a vehicle we talked about. They had NO vehicles at all!!
They never said they were sorry or anything. Acted like they didn't even care. I was even crying at the point. I had to wait until someone dropped a car off. It was a piece of junk. Exactly the car I said I'd take any, but not an Equinox.
It was the most uncomfortable and painful drive for my son. Felt like it had no shocks.
I dont recommend this Mishawaka Branch at all on Edison.

We pay for roadside assistance and we had a flat tire on the highway, and all they did was gave me the run around for 4.5 hours then gonna tell me it's gonna be another 2.5 hours,So I paid a guy to change the tire,your roadside assistance really sucks

My insurance company booked a reservation weeks ago. My vehicle went to the shop days ago.
Mishawaka Enterprise has given me a run around.
Didn't have any additional issues.

The staff at this location was friendly, attentive, and worked diligently to get everyone accommodated. They were professional too. My hang up was with Enterprise itself. This was the first time I rented a car and reserved one online. They don't take cash payments and they don't advertise the deposit fee. The deposit fee was $300 and it was written in the fine print, but I feel they should include that as a line item when you reserve a vehicle. I didn't have enough money in my bank account and they wouldn't let a family member cover for me. I was able to work it out but it was annoying and time consuming. I had to wait again for another vehicle to be available. The staff went quickly but I was still late to work. If I knew about the deposit I would have made sure I had funds available to avoid any issues. The staff was great but Enterprise should restructure their invoices so people know.

Felt discriminated against, I requested a larger vehicle and was given the run around about upgrading ultimately saying that didn’t have any (even though I saw numerous ones in the lot and a guy behind me stated that he was retuning one and they wouldn’t let me get it). As I’m in line another gentleman came in (older white gentleman) and asked for an upgrade and instead of telling him they didn’t have one like they told me he told him he’d check and see and proceeded to upgrade this man’s car! Never renting from this place again.

I had car trouble several hours from home and was directed to Enterprise by my dealership. I was dealing with the Niles office and when I ran into a problem I asked the manager of that branch to call me. After repeated attempts and zero callbacks from the manager I was told the district manager Collin Ault worked out of this office. I called to speak with Collin and was told to leave a message and he would for sure call me back. Just like the Niles office no callback. Day two they stated they would pass my message along and I should email him also which I did still no response. Day three sent another email with no response and left another message. Word of advice if you have a problem don't expect any help locally. Never before have I seen management treat their paying customers with such disrespect and lack of communication.

Rented a vehicle for a day to drive to a concert. Booked online, but was not told there is a required $300 refundable deposit. I understand why, but it would have been helpful to know this when I booked it, not the day before when they called to confirm. You must pay with credit or debit IN YOUR NAME, so be prepared to take your spouse or whoever is paying along when you pick up. I had a great vehicle, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Much better than Hertz!! I definitely recommend despite a few hiccups.

Very friendly people with the desire to take care of the customer. The cars are always in really good condition. If I had to pick on one thing, the windows could be cleaner than they leave them. Simple for me, clean the windows yourself when you get home. Otherwise fantastic people!
