I worked at express 10 years ago and have been a customer ever since.
Today, Norman was awesome over the phone and helped put something on hold for me until I came in store to come get it.

Won’t let my husband return jeans that ripped in the first wash before he got to wear them, they wont give a refund either, he spent $90 on jeans that ripped in the first wash. Very bad quality. He has multiple other pairs that he got years ago that never ripped. Quality must have gone down since then.

I bought 2 pairs of the same jeans a little over a month ago. I washed them immediately to get the factory smell off of them and one of the pairs came out of the washer with a giant rip. The other pair washed and dried just fine and I wear them every other day. I have 4 pairs of the same jeans that I bought 3 years ago and still wear them every week (they've never ripped). I tried to return the ripped pair (which I never wore) and was told they couldn't be returned due to being past the 30 days. It was the holiday season and last time I knew it was 60 days. And no matter what the time frame is, it shouldn't matter considering they ripped before ever wearing them. These are $90 jeans, that is a lot of money to spend on a pair of jeans that was apparently defective from the factory. This pair must have been manufactured incorrectly considering none of the other pairs have ripped in 3 years. I've been a loyal shopper here for years and only buy my jeans from here. I think it's crazy that I'm not able to exchange these for a new pair or get my $90 back. I will not be shopping at an Express again.

I’ve been an express shopper for well over 20 years. They officially lost my business today. I went to the Mishawaka location to return a couple items I ordered online. One item was wrinkled (all these particular tops as I ordered them in a few colors arrived very wrinkled to the point of needing to be ironed for the ones I kept) he acted like I wore it which I did not and said he was going to tag it or something whatever that means. Then a dress I ordered on 11-27 he would not let me return today on 1-4 as apparently they only do 30 days for returns even during the holiday season which is a “new” policy as it’s always been at least 60 days. They would not even do in store credit for said item. Do to poor return policy’s and a not so friendly guy I have deleted my express app, unsubscribed from your emails/texts and will never spend a dime there again. It’s not a surprise they’re slowly going out of business.

Like a previous reviewer mentioned, confused as to why you can’t exchange something. I bought 2 pairs of jeans and the Southlake mall Express location shut down so I didn’t get a chance to exchange within the 30 days. I drove an hour and a half to this location BEING 9 MONTHS PREGNANT just to be told that I can’t exchange them. Absolutely ridiculous. I am on Express’s A-list spending over 1k a year in their stores and online. Maybe I should rethink that considering their shitty exchange/return policy.

Little confused why you wouldn't do an exchange. Bought my husband some shirts, wrong size. Due to a hectic work schedule was unable to return them within 30 days. Went into the store and was told you wont even exchange them. After spending $138 on 2 polo shirts, I'd expect better service. The cashier was not kind and did not even try to explain the reasoning. Very disappointed and wont be coming back.

Express gets all my money. Little over priced, but quality is always on point and that's, and I'm tell you the manager the male cutie with the beard, university park mall mishawaka, he is Amazing, he's another reason I continue to shop at this store. He always Helps me, goes over and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied! Total asset to this Company!

Unbelievable outrageous prices in this place.Beautiful selection of clothing but I wasn't about to pay $80-$90 for a plain button down dress shirt. And nobody approached us to offer any help.
