I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage located at 707 E McKinley Ave, Mishawaka, IN. The lady who assisted me (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was extremely friendly and provided outstanding customer service. She answered all my questions with patience and made the whole process quick and easy. The facility is very clean, well-organized, and secure — I felt very comfortable leaving my belongings there. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage services!

The registration process was very easy. Got a 10x10 unit it was very clean. The guy that helped me was Joe and he was very nice and definitely helped out a lot.

I have been at storage places before and not had the best experience but the customer service from salesman Joe was wonderful easy setup and payment plan is reasonable the unit is clean and safe I would recommend them
