I recently had the opportunity to use Extra Space Storage for my storage needs, and I have mixed feelings about my experience that ultimately led me to give it a three-star rating.Let's start with the positive aspects. The facility itself is well-maintained and visually appealing. It gives off a clean and organized vibe, which is important when entrusting your belongings to a storage facility. Additionally, the convenient location near my home is a definite plus. It makes accessing my storage unit hassle-free and saves me time and effort.However, the main reason for my three-star rating is the pricing. For a 5x5 unit without climate control, the monthly fee of $130 seems quite steep. I find it disappointing that the unit is not climate controlled, as this feature is important for the protection of certain items, especially considering the price point. It would have been more reasonable to include climate control at this rate or offer a more competitive pricing structure.Despite the pricing concern, I have chosen to continue using Extra Space Storage due to its convenient location near my home. However, I do hope that in the future, they reconsider their pricing strategy and consider offering climate control as a standard feature for all units, or at least provide more options at different price points to cater to a wider range of customers' needs and budgets.In conclusion, Extra Space Storage offers a visually appealing and conveniently located facility, but the pricing for the 5x5 unit without climate control seems excessive. While I appreciate the convenience, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and offering climate control as a standard feature.

Worst place ever. Smallest parking lot in the world. Takes forever to sign simple documents to rent a unit. This is not fort Knox and u shouldn't need government clearance to rent a closet. Insane wait time. Fix the parking lot so at least 1 car can fit in. Worst experience ever.

Only request is a sign on the door with a second number to call when the office is empty while y'all clean. Other than that, super clean and secure place.Heather was amazing with her customer service, super sweet and made sure we got through the process quickly and easily! Came right away when the office was empty and we called the number that called us that morning. (I assume it's hers)

Just moved out of my storage unit after moving states — this was one of the best storage unit experiences I have had. Staff was always there to answer questions & super friendly also. I would recommend extra space to anyone who is looking for a place to store things.

The people that you talk to at the very beginning of talking g about renting a units we're the BEST I have talked to all questions answered state of the art facilities. Clean friendly safe area .if you want the best for your stuff this place is the one for you.

Love this place, me and my fiancé stored here before we got our apartment. it was our first time storing and we were so worried it was gonna be expensive but extra space made everything perfect for us, by providing us with a space that filled our needs perfectly and service and hours that helped us along with our process. even after storing for only a month they answered all of our closing questions and never made us feel like a burden. if we ever have a need to store again we will find ourselves back at extra space!
