This one driver helped me a lot. I could not find their store. She explained to me what was At this location, took my letter, (which had a paid overnight postage). She was such a nice, and all so helpful black woman. I wish I had gotten her name to put in this post. I was running late for another appointment I had. She truly saved me.

Don't bother trying to call... their phone system is useless. Just gives you the run around.

These are inside Walgreens. Walked in, dropped it off and dipped out in about 6 minutes.

I had an ordeal with sending a package until I called FedEx. They directed me to a local on site location to assist me with the issue. I felt that they were the only ones that actually helped me.
