I had made an appointment online a week in advance to get my tires changed. Online on their site I had added 4 $75 tires to my cart and put in the appointment. On the day of my appointment they called me two hours after my appointment time ( I had dropped off my car early to get to work) to inform me that they can't get the tires I had ordered but did have 4 new tires for a total of 900 dollars that I could get. Now $450 dollars to a $1000 dollars for tires is a massive jump. (Installation fees included) I will not be using firestone again this is the third time in a row I've had issues with Firestone (twice in California). This whole bait and switch shady tactic is abhorrent.

There was a delay in service out of their control but didn’t relay that information to us until we asked about the delay. Because we ask them about it they made our vehicle a priority but they didn’t because 2 more hours later still not finished. 4 hours and still have to bring it back to finish. No sorry or compensation for my experience.

I got an oil change, and on the way home the oil light came on.There was NO OIL IN MY CAR.

Avoid this location like the plague. Totally useless. I wasted 3 hours of my time trying to get an alignment done. I made an appointment and had my vehicle details. The shop didn’t have the required tools available. They called me back and the guy was turning the tie rod sleeve with a pipe wrench. They tried to tell me the inner tie rod ends were bad and needed to be replaced because they were spinning. I asked if he loosed the jam nuts on the adjuster sleeve and he said no he didn’t have the tools to do that. I took the truck to a different shop and they aligned the truck with no issues. There was nothing wrong with the inner tie rod ends.I will never come back to Firestone

It was a horrible experience I had taken my car in for a simple inspection. I've had my car a year and a half and never taken it to a shop because I never drive it. I popped the hood the night before I took it to firestone and everything was fine. The day after taking it to firestone my check engine pops on, my rpms are going up and down when parked, my oil cap is missing and my engine is covered in oil. I went in and they denied it all and told me I've drove my car alot since then when in a week I've only put 50 miles on it and 40 miles were driving to firestone and back home. The employees were nice to my face but you could hear them running their mouth to each other. No accountability for a bunch of grown men.

It was fair 1770 for ball joints and a cv shaft ! The stinger came when checking my money out bill by bill you can't fake holographic 100s never seen it done yet !! But it's ok as my ex explained to me I didn't look like a man with 1770 cash but I also explained to her not all of them looked like machinics it was a fair trade they even jumped my battery !

I don't even want to give a one star but it seems mandatory before I can post. I went here to ask on a price fix on a canister purge valve for a 2014 Buick LaCrosse and the tech quoted me like $425, two hours labor, and they had to drop the tank. I told this guy the fix was under the hood, it should only take an hour or so. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong, little did he know I did my homework before even went so I knew what I was listening for. You can't get over on every woman who walks in there like she doesn't already know just an fyi. I then went to Autozone to purchase the part and the guy there put it in my car in like 30 minutes and got me back on the road!!

These guys are consistently disorganized and slow. Unbelievable how long simple service takes. Appointments are meaningless. I saw several customers pick up their vehicles without work being done. Unbelievable!

We have been customers of Firestone for years throughout multiple locations and this has to be worst with customer services. Called to verify an appointment multiple times and they still somehow manage to lose it. I get a reasonable wait time but it should not take the end of business day for a oil change. Safe to say we will not go back.

I gave this place multiple chances before writing a bad review.My first encounter with them was for an oil change back in Jan/Feb. I walked in for an oil change. They said they are full but I could wait 15 min to see if their next appointment doesn’t show up. I checked back in 15 min after waiting in store and the guy said that they will give 5 more min. I waited another 5 min with all hopes high that I would be next. This time another guy came to the counter and said the wait time is 10 min. The other guy meanwhile had stepped out for lunch.After this lesson, I learned that taking an appointment was the best way. So past August, I made an appointment. When I reached there, they said that it would be at least 30 min before they could start working on my car. I had another appointment scheduled for a hair color in 1.5 hours. I thought, I would still have enough time on hand to het there, if I skipped my lunch. They did not take me in after 1 hour if waiting. That is when I panicked. They said that “the guy had gone to get the oil”- gone where???? And it wold be ready in 10 min. By then I just had 15 min left to my next appt. I called them and let them know that I was running 10 min behind. 10 min meant another 15 min before they even gave me my keys. I reached to my other appt 40 min late. Got home late and had to arrange my neighbor to let my son sit in their house after school because I was late. In all, despite an appt, I waited 2 hours to get an oil change. And interestingly, they forgot to reset the maintenance light on there to 5K miles, because it came back after 2 weeks at 3K miles.A few days back I had low tire pressure and since I was in the area, I stopped by there to get it filled- the man said he had filled it, but the light didn’t go away! So yesterday since I was again driving past, I stopped by again. The tech there said that he could not fill the air because the bay was closed. I asked if he could reset my maintenance light and he started telling me the steps to do that.All in all extremely poor customer service and customer experience.Service: Oil change

I have been waiting for more than three hours to get wheels rotated and balanced, and tires installed on two loose wheels. This is with making an appointment. Tirerack will deliver tires to my home and install them in my driveway. From now on Tirerack will get my business. I will never go back to Firestone.

I bought a set of at tires for my truck. They put wrong tires on and messed my pitman arm up. Went back and they put new tires on but the wrong kind again. I paid for all terrain tires and they put street tires on . So now they messed it up twice. 4 hours to sit for tires twice and i guess now a third time. Or i will refuse to pay the bill.
