They were short staffed and unorganized. The bathing suit I got was on the wrong sale rack and they said I couldn't try it on due to being short staffed. The employees seem pretty rude too. And they said that I could not return the bottoms if they Don't fit.

Tornado alley.This place has been a disaster every time I have come in here. I have loved F21 for probably 15 years. Been to dozens of locations.If the three story NYC, time square location with mass amounts a customers can maintain organization... what is the issue here?This place has been a mess for the few years I've lived in this area. Boxes stacked all over the floor, the clearance area spilling into the jewelry area and main area. Shoes throw all over etc. (I realize some shoppers terrorize folded piles and do not put things back, I worked retail, but this place is stressful).I have not bought anything in about gour years here. Every time I prep myself to deal with the chaos, once I'm in there I cannot even enjoy looking for things.No organization, Goodwill is more organized! I realize that 2020 & 2021 have had struggles for retail, but 2018 & 2019 the store was just as bad.

Plus size where??? Not a single plus size peice of clothing in this mess of a store. Merchandise thrown everywhere

If you aren't plus size, then you'll find something you like probably. However, if you are plus size, as of July 2020, they have a sole small rack in the back for plus sizes. I imagine after those random 10 items are gone they will have officially phased out plus sizes in-store at that location and wont be adding anymore. The back corner used to be dedicated for Plus Size, but now it's just kinda like their cheap section. So if you're shopping on a budget the back corner to the right of the dressing rooms is your friend.

This store is like a market, all mixed up, poorly arranged, dirty, piles of bad quality shoes, clothes, seriously decadent, and the worst thing is what you buy that you like and that fits because they don't accept returns.
