Called and inquired about an item. They OFFERED to hold it for me. I arrive within an hour to pick up the item(s). I was told her associate sold them. Wonderful. Gas is expensive, and I wasted that, and my time, for nothing.

I’m a former employee at FYE and the district manager Named Britney is very racist she told me that my “culture” is not a good fit for the place of business. There are no working cameras and if they tell u that the vips are free that’s a total lie they charge u for it.

Went to the store on Sunday 5/28 at 530pm and it was already closed. Mall is open until 6pm. Very unsatisfied. Drove here specifically to go to this store.

Hello I hope this finds the DM Brittany Lea of district 1085 in good health for firing me for no real valid reason. Hello hope you have a lovely time I wish you the best I hope you actually call and inform me personally not planning on having the store manager do all the work and actually help the store with what they need not avoid it like u have for the past 3 months ? I'm not mad just disappointed that you haven't helped like u said you would like all the other DM I went through your word and communication need work but don't worry you'll do better if you try ?. Though I'm leaving in good nature I could have called you having your number but I'm not mean so I leave you this so you can work to be a better DM for the district not just for the store you like .With love NikkiIf you would like to inform me personally like you should have you know how to reach me . FYE is a bad place to go into the managers would take advantage of you they just Banned Me they they hate me with my testibility is Down syndrome they hurt me I worked there 2007 holiday Christmas help from the help of Brian and David and Mike Klein and Ryan and I love Nikki I'm glad she's back

Fun to look around. May find something different. Buyer beware, some items are nonrefundable or returnable. I purchased an item that did not produce results as promised. ( seed starter kit ) easy enough for a gardener.

This store is a shadow of its former self. Most of the physical media that was in store is now online. Still a good selection but most items sold here can be purchased elsewhere thanks to streaming services. Most physical products can be purchased from their website. It felt like going through a ghost town when I walked through. Still a good store but its glory days are over. I feel it's going the way of Blockbuster video.
