Most expensive store in the area and I avoid it when doing thrifing trips, even when I go by. I rarely ever find anything and when I do its too expensive to justify it.

The good: the store is clean, well-organized, and has pleasant staff members. I interacted with several team members and they were all very nice. The not-so-good: a VERY small selection of plus sized goods.

The prices at this location are outrageous. Way higher than even the granger location. Little boys sweat pants marked for $8-9 when they don’t even sell for that new at Walmart where they originally came from. On top of the store just smelling like hot cat pee. I will never come back to this location.

A couple years ago I would have given this place five stars however since their prices went up it's not really worth it to me to go in there anymore the stuff is pretty decent some of the toys, shoes and movies are questionable on why they're out because they're pretty beat up.I also used to work here back in 2017 and for anybody who is buying clothing please make sure you wash them they are not washed and there is some really gross things that come in through the drive-thru that is mingled with the stuff yes I know it is used clothing however it's just an FYI for those who like to try on in the fitting room after working here I would never do so. Also please wash whatever toys/blankets you get your children. You really want to.

Had a bag of clean dresses for a girl ages 5 to 7, and a bag of toys, yet DONATION BOX IS NEVER OPEN FOR ME TO DROP THEM OFF. I'm over here trying to do what's right but you guys make it impossible to donate without making it a long drawn out process.

You know things are getting bad when you can pay less at Walmart for brand new items that Goodwill is charging for used. The CEO’s of this company are more greedy than me on summer day at ColdStone. They should be ashamed of themselves. Pitiful.

Being a avid goodwill shopper for many years, I am a little turned off by the prices being so high considering some of the items are marked from the manufacture for lower prices than what they’re actually pricing them for in the store. I find it hard to believe that you guys should be charging eight dollars for a T-shirt that might cost five dollars newin a store. The prices are increase across the store throughout Every department over the last few years increasing a lot over the last year. I do shop throughout multiple locations. Plymouth Goshen Granger in Mishawaka. Hey seems the prices are high between all of the stores from what I understand are under The same ownership. When I have been another state I don’t seem to have this issue, not these prices anyways. From Florida to Illinois.Goodwill has always been a place that I would go to go find some things for cheap. Fi thing that I could send a picture a couple dollars on myself throughout the week and stretch it a little further. It’s crazy to think that you guys would increase your prices and items that you guys are getting donated. Things that should be one or two dollars or now five and things that used to be 3 to 4 dollars are now 8 to 10.I don’t shop Goodwill as much anymore. I’m really hoping that prices can go back to where they belong. For DONATED AND USED items, people would buy more if they were priced as they should be.I’m still going to give you guys two stars because I have found things in the past. But if the prices continue to say the way that they are I would rather buy new stuff.

The store was ok, prices seem to be higher than other stores. Most of the toys were broken and dirty. Many shoes had holes in them. Just throw the old junk out. Staff was friendly, and I did find one thing to buy.

Great place to shop for used items at a reasonable price. I really like the half off sales, I find items I need and I can afford.

Rude cashier didn't even get a greeting just a "let me see your good points card." And didn't get a "thank you" after I paid and got my bag of stuff just ignored me. Not sure how people these days get jobs anymore zero customer service skills.

You need to change your descrption which currently says you're a non-profit organization. When your CEO makes 7 figures a year I call that a profit.

Unlike so many other Goodwills where can look up your customer card using your phone, this one does not and thus if you forget it at home, you won’t get a discount. With rising prices inside the store, I feel less inclined to shop here every time I come…
