Literally will probably never go back. My normal hair stylist there was phenomenal, and she was there that day but working with another client and the lady I had cut my hair yesterday was awful. I wanted a longer mullet type style, had a reference photo and everything, told her I wanted it LONGER than in the photo and she immediately buzzed my sides to a 1. I thought maybe it was a "trust the process" kinda thing but no. My hair is far too short, and now I have to go to a different salon entirely to fix the fact it's not even layered good, and the top is sticking straight up. If I knew her name I'd name her, but I don't. The only good thing there was the tea tree shampoo, love that stuff.

Had a great experience with Lisa. She cut my hair in long layers just like I wanted and was very pleasant to talk to! Would definitely recommend her!
Requested style: I asked for long layers and curtain bangs and it turned out beautiful!
Stylist: She was very nice and professional!

The ONLY downfall is the only way to know if a specific person (like the one I go for) is there, is to call. However, I highly recommend Bernice. She is amazing with knowing what I want. She is great with fades and short hair for female, male, kids, adults!

Kristle cut my daughter's hair beautifully a few weeks ago. And mine today! She is so awesome!I presented Kristle a misshapen cut and she was able to fix it and give me a hair cut/style that makes me feel like I'm in my mid 20s! She's simply the best! I'm totally gushing and I don't care. I love her skills ❤️? I think she may be a magician ? ?? Thank you Kristle. If someone in management or corporate can give her a raise, do it. She's a keeper!

Because when you need to talk to somebody they don't have a live person to talk to a management a corporate office anybody except an operating machine that will hang up on you I think that's rude and disrespectful to ppl.

Stylist was rude. spent more time chatting with her co-workers. Then looking at my hair as she was cutting it. She was complaining about not getting referral bonuses. Very unprofessional
