We have several Great Clips locations near our home, but this one is our favorite over the last 8 years. We go the extra mile because we don't have to worry about getting someone who is there just for a job. Sneak peak of the last visit. Family of five and one wiggle worm who can be a challenge. Requested style: I asked for a modern kind of mullet that had bands and she made it look horrible and it’s sucks in literally crying right now it looks so bad I hate this place and will never be coming back.

Today we went to great clips to get my daughters hair cut for back to school, and Sarah cut her hair! She was so amazing with my daughter, she was so patient and kind!! We are so happy with how her hair turned out!! We will definitely be returning!!

This was the first time I've been to great clips in years, but they were cheaper and easier than my normal place, so I thought I would try them out again, and well I will be going there from now on, the stylist I had was perfect, I explained what I wanted and she said "don't worry I got this" and well a great haircut is what I got, at a cheaper price, all the staff was nice, the place was clean, and check in was simple, I walked in and was led straight to the chair. Would recommend.

I was in Great Clips on Tuesday morning.. My normal lady was busy was busy, so I took the new girl. Wrong mistake. I needed a wash and haircut. The water was lukewarm, she never got into my scalp (on top of hair), Never did the back of hair. Yes i had longer hair. Had just had EEG and needed all the gel out of hair. Then to cut my hair my she lined it up with back of chair and cut it. So it it cut uneven. The worse cut in sixteen years from Great Clips. I asked if I received a senior discount, which i always have, It cost me $27.00. WOW!!!! Then I never got a receipt. I will have to think twice about going back here, I drove from north side of South Bend, because I only like my hair a certain way. now i will find another person to recut it right. Living on $707 a month, this cuts into my budget.. PatriciaService: Haircut
