Was looking to buy a tool chest. Called last night was told they can't check stock until 10 am. Received a call around 10 am saying that they then had to wait til later to check. Finally received a call around 1pm saying that I have to 11 am the next morning. How do you sell anything this way? I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

The worst customer service! Was told we could come and get toolbox today (that was in stock) over the phone. 50 minute drive to get there and they said oh it’s in the other building so we cannot go get it today, and said someone should have told you that. No someone told us to come and get it!!! If I could rate them a -10 I would!

Harbor Freight tools you better check your store managers attitude in your Mishawaka Indiana store! Completely unprofessional! I’ll be calling your corporate office tomorrow and filing a complaint! I’ll be requesting my $2600 back that I spent on a tool box! The man threatened to call the police and threw me out of his store because he didn’t want to do his job and load my toolbox up and I told him it was bullshit! I called Friday and they told me it wasn’t in yet and then called me back 5 minutes later and told me it was. I told them that I couldn’t get there until today or Monday and the employee (Ryan) that I spoke with told me that was fine that the forklift guy would be there to help me load it on my trailer! When I got there this morning your Store Manager there simply told “it won’t happen today” because the forklift driver wasn’t there. You mean to tell me that your STORE MANAGER isn’t qualified to operate a forklift but is to operate your store!? Make that make sense!! I’ve been shopping in your stores going all the way back to 1999 when I lived in California! This was by far the most ridiculous and horrible customer service experience I’ve ever had, not only with your store but any store ever! I will be getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere! I will also be contacting your corporate office and the BBB first thing tomorrow my!
