Would never do business with them again! Just had knee surgery & my cousin went in with my credit card to buy a toilet seat riser. Got it home & decided my toilet was tall enough for me. I took it back & I never opened it & they refused to give me my money back on my card. Very poor business values! I guess it was contaminated sitting on their shelves since I never opened it! Sad!

Normally the lady we help care for loves this pharmacy she made her favs cups sends people to shop there well today was hot and a bad day the Pharmacist was super nasty to her about her meds basically called her a pill head and a lier told her to bring the extra meds in let her talk to us to see if we really dissolved her pain meds then she went to get her meds while we did shift switch and they made her wait in the car 15 minutes she was on the phone with her boyfriend timed it she use to be a nurse 40 + years the original people know how she does with her meds but it's not a Pharmacist discretion to tell anyone no they can't get what's prescribed to them Pharmacist was Cory or Cora disgusting she cried for hours

It's a shame that the hair salon was torn down instead of this abomination of a pharmacy. About 2 years ago, I was put on a medicine that my insurance company insists I can only get from Hometown. I receive a refill every month & I can honestly say that it has rarely gone smoothly over the past 2 years. From the start, Hometown didn't understand how the starter pack of the medicine worked. My doctor had to call them & explain the process, as it was a fairly new drug. From there, I was to use a prescription savings card from the drug company because it is so expensive. Hometown didn't even understand the concept of a prescription savings card (apparently they've never even heard of GoodRX?!). My doctor had to physically send in a drug rep to teach the pharmacy how to process the transaction. Apparently their system was so outdated that it didn't even have the capability to do this, and they had to work with their IT team in order to make updates. For at least the next 6 months, the refill process was a pain because they staff refused to take the time to understand how to process the savings card. I would have to start calling them several times about a week before I went to pick up so that someone could take the time to get it pushed through. It seemed like the staff were finally trained at some point, and I had a relatively easier time getting my refills without too much hassle. Then all of a sudden, I went to pick up my monthly supply & was told that they couldn't figure out how to run the card without the help of their IT team again & that I would have to wait until the following Monday when they would be available. How is a prescription savings card so confusing that a pharmacy cannot figure it out?! Drug companies of all kinds pass these out to help with costs, it is not uncommon by any means. Picking up a refill from this place is a joke. Every single month I pull up through the drive-thru, say I'm picking up, & they go, "are you aware this is $700?" Then I say, "no, I have a prescription savings card on file that brings it down to $50." And I kid you not, the same man that I deal with every single month gets a puzzled look on his face & goes, "prescription savings card? I don't know what that is." And then he walks off for 20 minutes to find someone else who has some sense of competence. It should not be this much of a hassle to pick up the same medication that I get once a month. But this month they have finally sent me over the edge. I submitted my refill request online on Tuesday. I took a screenshot of the confirmation message I received because I don't trust this place one iota. Keep in mind, their confirmation explicitly states that the refill will be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. But because I know this place is filled with the dumbest staff, I always give them a few days to get it together. So I go on Friday to pick it up & they can't find it. Upon further review, they say they never received the refill request (even though I have proof that i submitted it) & they don't have any in stock, so they need to order it and they won't receive it until Monday. I am not to go without this medicine. It causes extreme withdrawal symptoms that make me physically and emotionally ill. Does Hometown care? No, they've shown me repeatedly over the course of 2 years that they have no concern.

Zero customer service. I had a prescription called in for my son. We needed them within two hours because he was going out of town and they refused to help or expedite. These are just standard antibiotics. I won't be calling meds in here anymore.

Any delays in my transactions were due to my own distraction while I was there waiting for my cousins prescription to be filled. The place was clean and the staff were helpful and very friendly and professional as well as efficient. If I didn't already have a great pharmacy, I would definitely go there, or at least check them out.

Worst customer service ever! I needed my medicine compounded due to a corn allergy. That was 2 months ago! I had to call and go in to find out what happened. Now they're telling me that they are trying to get in touch with the pharmaceutical companies to find out if they have corn free. Which they should have figured out last month! I asked if they would compound them from the get go. If my insurance won't pay for it maybe you should have mentioned that from the get go so I can pay for it! If they weren't the only compounding pharmacy I would go somewhere else!
