I made an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced and when we showed up for the appointment, no one was there. Literally, the store was open with no staff. I waited for 45 minutes and when not a soul came, we went elsewhere. Wth?

Went to go pick my online order, I was told I would have to pay for it AGAIN to pick it up and that they also don’t have access to the online orders. They gave me a number to refund my order. Disgusting customer service. Also I heard that the owner doesn’t care enough to get this fixed. I won’t be back.

Just went to go to this store and its closed! The hours say it opens at 12pm. I really needed to get some jewelry for a family function this evening. Guess ill have to shop somewhere else.
