Our taxes were messed up. We were told that before it was filed a supervisor would review them. Didn’t happen. An error was made and now we have to wait 16 to 20 weeks to get the refund because of the amended paperwork I will not be referring anyone to you.

The preparer was impersonable.
They were misleading with pricing.
I had to ask about a discount, she never even mentioned one.
I got emails about pricing and she didnt honor them, saying that was corporate pricing but this particular branch was private. I will never go back. I do not like to be lied to and mislead.
