My home pharmacy. Very efficient and also very supportive of our needs. If they don't have it, they can get it. Very helpful in helping sort out what you need, such as Dr had ordered a discontinued drug so calls Dr and gets drug changed, also for a missed allergy on occasion

I made an online order at 5:31 p.m. I get confirmation through out the trip that Amber B. Was replacing items. At 8:47 p.m. Amber B has checked out my groceries never arrived. Kroger can only give me a $75 inconvenience deal. Even though I spent over $275 on food. Now I have an event tomorrow with no food and no money to cover the funds they took out to support my family. 3-5 business days that will start Monday because only big owners work Monday -Fridays! I can't afford to be out of the money I use to pay for my job to lose a job I spent money on to host to buy food for my family! Thanks Kroger thank you for the $75 credit for a meat and cheese tray

Didn't have a medication in stock. It's a medication I need three times a day. It will save my life. They refused to call it in elsewhere, even though this is a standard practice at other pharmacies. Because of their total incompetence I can't get it sent to another pharmacy, because my insurance is holding it there. They won't have it for another week. Worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life.

Run. Rude and resentful staff at this location. I’m not sure if they are serving time and working at the Kroger Merrifield Pharmacy is their jail sentence because they are some of the angriest people I have encountered. I called to check if they were open and they answered with a “unfortunately” and hung up.

This is literally the worse pharmacy ever. My prescription is never ready even when I call ahead and always wait almost hour when I get there for it. Because if you leave they just forget about you. Well be transferring meds!

I like the hillbilly\ rural funky vibe of this place. Think its much better tge the town and country location which is straight poverty. The staff here is polite, they have special areas for discontinued items, and in general are a decent store.

The Pharmacist and her tech literally saved me tonight. I was having an asthma attack and was out of my meds because I don't have health insurance. They were about to close and they waited for me and found me discounts for myeds. THANK TSO MUCH.
