Kyle's Towing was sent to tow a my sons vehicle through the State Farm Roadside assistance app. It was a Friday evening and I live 900 miles away but they were friendly and speedy with their service. There were some logistic problems on my behalf and they were happy to come back the following day and take care of me. The level of communication through the process was great. I would recommend Kyle's for your towing needs.

On Thanksgiving, my fiancé's Tesla battery stopped working while visiting my parents in South Bend. It needed towed all the way to a Tesla service center in Indianapolis. I knew about Kyle's from my friends over at CRS Custom and when I called Kyle's on Friday, I was happy to hear they could handle the job. After some back and forth with insurance on who they'd cover, Kyle's ended up being better priced than our insurance options. They came by right away on Saturday morning as requested and after a quick sign off and payment, they handled the rest.
Thank you for giving us one less thing to worry about during the holidays!

I woke up to a flat tire on my Alfa Romeo and reached out to my insurance for roadside assistance. They sent Kyle's Towing, and I was fortunate to have Austin come to my rescue. From the moment he arrived, he was not only efficient but also genuinely kind and helpful. He treated my car with such care, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The customer service was exceptional, and I can't thank Austin enough for his thoughtfulness and support throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything he did! Told us that the eta for the tow was 25 minutes. It's been over an hour and a half. We also called the company and got the most unenthusiastic phone operator. If you need a quick tow, try anywhere else. All around bad customer service. If I had four hands, I'd give them four thumbs down

Kyle's was called through my insurance company. I've literally had to use them 3 times this week. Every time, they were prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

It’s already awesome that you all are open 24/hr don’t charge an arm and a leg, didn’t act as if I was a dumb girl and annoying, and you were able to get to our car quickly, but the support Blake provided tonight along with advice was above and beyond! Blake came and towed my car today (Road Side Recovery through Progressive), he was very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend them and will use them whenever I need to use a tow company.

My girls car ended up being a no start condition last night, called up Kyle’s (driver was Austin) P.S. AMAZING driver. Amazing service. Dropped the car right off in my garage and was able to get right to work with no extra hassle. Including tow time and diagnosis spent 4 hours on the car and it’s fixed! I couldn’t have asked for a better service provider than Kyle’s. THANK you guys again so much🙏

Kyle's Towing was SO kind and helpful during our auto-hiccup. Professional communication, recommendations, and great follow up. While I hope to never need their services again, when we do, they will be the first company we call.
