LabCorp on Day Road was the third stop on my quest to find someone who could draw my blood. Most other places told me that my veins were just too hard to find. I asked God to send an angel who could help me, and He sent Miss Cindy 👼🏼🪽. It took numerous attempts and quite a bit of patience, but Miss Cindy found the one vein in my arm that decided to cooperate 💉🩸. She was also very kind to my husband and to our service dog 🐕🦺. When I found out that Miss Cindy works at the LabCorp on Main Street (she just happened to be filling in at the location on Day Road when I needed her most), I decided to come to this location from now on and always ask for her ✨.

You come in and check in with the computer. It scans your ID and insurance card. The staff here is always kind and efficient. I have to come here because I am a very hard stick and they always are able to draw. Today, there were 4 people ahead of me I was done within 20 minutes.

Usually I don’t complain, I get blood work done frequently and am an extremely easy poke. But this last time was my worst experience anywhere. My phlebotomist was extremely rude from the beginning, took no time to prep her site, just went for it fast and hard completely missing my vein, buried the needle deep and stabbed a bunch of nerves up in my AC. I’ve had numbness all the way down in my hand/palm for a week since. I start IV’s for a living and that was one of the worst attempts I’ve seen. On top of that to continue to have an attitude with no care was as unprofessional as it gets. I’ll be finding somewhere else to get my blood work done.

This was probably the easiest draw I've ever had, and I'm usually difficult! They got me in immediately (seriously, I had barely sat down), my lab orders and insurance pulled right up (a lot of times the computer or the software don't want to cooperate, but that's not on the employees), and they listened to me when I explained the best locations for the draw. Only one poke and it was extremely quick and painless. I was in and out in 10 minutes from car door to car door. I wish I got her name, but the wonderful older woman with long curly hair takes great care of her patients. Thank you for a good experience!

Horrible. Scheduled an appt for 3:30pm arrived at 3:33 due to traffic and by the time I finished my self check in and sat down the lady said I would need to return because they were closing. She had already closed her drug testing down for the day. So rude Maybe don’t schedule appointments at 3:30 if you close down at 3:30.

Cindy was absolutely amazing. I was there to do a 3 hr glucose test and she did every draw with no pain and precision and made sure I was comfortable! The other two phlebotomists checked on me quite a few times as well and came out quickly to help some people with kiosk check in trouble. The waiting room got full quite a few times and they moved through them all very quickly- lots of other patients who were in the waiting room said this is the only location they'll go to because of the staff here! I'm terrified of blood draws and have a history of fainting but this 3 hr glucose test was an absolute breeze. Thanks again Cindy!!

I nearly didn't go to this location because of some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I did. There was zero wait time when I arrived and the phlebotomist couldn't have been any more helpful (I don't know her name but white hair and glasses). She helped me check in then took me straight into a room. I've never had a blood test here in the US before but she explained everything. I also have very thin veins and it's normally a painful and long process for me to get my bloods done. But she got it first time, no pain and quickly. I would not hesitate to come here again.

I have been in the hospital for 5 days waiting on a results been trying to go home with my newborn.. I have 3 kids that my unhealthy mom is watching because that's the only person to watch my kids.

I am NOT happy with the experience I had at this labcorp recently. If you don’t like your job, work somewhere else. I came in just for routine blood work and felt rushed out by employees who wanted to get mad at me for not having my insurance handy when I told them I could just call my insurance after I was billed and that it was okay. Said thank you, was basically left on read. I didn’t realize my bill was their problem I should have been more considerate I suppose. 10/10 will give this recommendation to family and friends.

Cindy is a remarkable phlebotomist. I developed trypanophobia a few years ago after a difficult blood draw at my primary care physician's office, but Cindy makes the experience as easy as it can be for someone with intense bloodwork anxiety like me. She's methodical and precise without compromising gentleness, and I genuinely feel safe in her care. Sometimes I overhear other patients tell her she's the only one who can get blood from them on the first try, too, so her expertise certainly isn't exclusive to me. You're in good hands if you get labs done at this location, she's the best.

Labcorp was paid twice for a service. We paid and insurance paid. Labcorp continues to tell me the refund has been processed but the check still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is terrible
