I was at Jordan Lexus on Monday November 6th 2023. I ask the question about if the had a software patch for 2016 3g vehicles and below to make their safety system work. Below is a statement I wrote Lexus over a year ago that still hasn't been resolved:I have a 2016 Lexus RX 350. It has a 3G system that will be obsolete around the October 31, 2022. The Safety Connect® will no longer function as of October 31, 2022 at 11:59PM CST. As of that date, Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Emergency Assistance Button and Stolen Vehicle Locator will no longer be available.No one from Lexus has contacted me so I ask again when I was there last Monday if the had a patch or solution. I was told the would have to look into it. I was told that there competitor Honda had a patch to make there cars work. All I want is an answer yes or no. Currently it is my understanding if you own or want to buy a Lexus from 2016 and below the Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Emergency Assistance Button and Stolen Vehicle Locator will no longer work/be supported. When I purchased my 2016 Lexus RX350 the safety system was operative and was supposed by Lexus. I don't feel safe driving this vehicle. If I am on a back road and get into a accident it will no longer automatically call Emergency Assistance an the vehicle locator will be inoperative. I have only purchased one Lexus and my opinion: You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Jordan Lexus now is the time for you to state if Lexus has a software patch that will make the Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Emergency Assistance Button and Stolen Vehicle Locator functional. Your competitors have resolved this issue. Not correcting this issue is a safety concern for all of us customers and makes these vehicles unsafe . Remember all customers who purchased these vehicles with these safety features and now are not working are now driving these cars and could develop into a liability issue. Please respond so I can tell others how Lexus handled this issue.

I purchased a used vehicle at a fair price and was also offered a reasonable price on my trade-in. Dealer fees were low too. Russ was great to work with... No pressure, provided carfax and other documentation so I understood the vehicle history, and allowed me a no hassle test drive. I'd buy here again. Thank you.

Usually pretty helpful when servicing my Lexus. When it came to time to purchase a Lexus, it was a different story. My husband and I came in and we test drove a used a Lexus. We asked them to calculate how much it would be a month. They came in with a half hazard document with some obscene amount. I asked what interest rate they set this amount to. The manager stated that he didn't really run anything since we were not serious enough. I advised them that we were in their establishment, we test drove their car and we were talking to him which seemed to entail we were serious enough to get the common courtesy of an appropriate estimate. I don't know what else we needed to present to be serious enough. I asked if they were going to negotiate two thousand dollars down if we were to put down cash for the car. They stated no. This was all done standing in the lobby. We purchased a car at Gates the 1 hour later for 2,000$ less and a lifetime warranty.

I am continually amazed at the outstanding customer service and quality of work at the Jordan Lexus of Mishawaka dealership. I highly recommend this dealership for routine and other necessary maintenance/repair work. I had a headlight (component) that was cracked because someone backed into me. That crack allowed water intrusion, which destroyed that LED headlight. Ryan, Wes, and Tony in Service explained what happened and then searched far and wide for a replacement headlight. Because we were unsure of the insurance claim approval, they were able to find me a used (but like new headlight), thus saving me hundreds of dollars below the cost of a brand new one. Seriously, it looks brand spanking new. Wes and Tony (Head service manager) also worked closely with all levels of my insurance company, on the phone and in person, to explain that this was not a maintenance issue, but that it was truly a collision issue. Therefore, my insurance eventually approved the claim and covered the entire cost, which was directly due to their advocacy on my behalf. Lastly, while all this was happening, they allowed me to use a loaner car for local travel over multiple days while it all got sorted out. As soon as the replacement item arrived from Detroit, Ryan, my technician, installed the headlight component immediately (within an hour) and notified me that my car was ready for pick up. They knew that I had an upcoming long-distance trip and really needed that car repaired and ready to go. I know it's a long story, but it illustrates effectively their dedication and the level of service they routinely achieve on behalf of a normal customer, just like myself. I trust them to take care of my vehicle as if it were their own, and they have always done that for the 11 years I have owned my Lexus. Thanks Jordan Lexus of Mishawaka!!

These guys are the bomb! They showed us the car before it was detailed (pre-owned) because we were so interested in it. They answered every question we had. We were about to leave the country for vacation; so they took a personal check; and waited a few days to cash it until we had time to move funds. They then held the car for us until we returned 12 days later. We bought the car knowing it had a small dent/scrape with a bit of rust. We planned to have it fixed. Upon picking up the car, we found they fixed the dent/rust at their own expense! We bought a maintenance insurance policy from them; but after returning from vacation we had changed our minds about the insurance. We asked to return the policy. They didn’t even ask why. They kindly drew up the papers and returned our money. This group is top notch. This is a bold statement to make about a dealership; but this group is trustworthy!

Our recent service at Jordan Lexus was a disaster! We had a few items to be done when we arrived at 9:10 AM, and we were to be finished early PM. Since we had a loaner, we went for breakfast and to the grocery. We heard nothing from them, and the day rolled on. At 1:30 PM, my husband called, and we were told our car might be ready at 4 PM. After doing another stop, we went back to Jordan Lexus, and we were told that only two of the four items were done! My husband told them to skip one of the services, and just to go ahead with tire rotation and wash, so we could head home. They refused to rotate tires and instead said we needed new tires all around, so no point in rotating! Since we didn't need new tires, we just got our Lexus and left at 4:30! Such a frustrating and unprofessional experience! We have been coming here for 10 years, and we will not return.

I had a wonderful experience at Jordan Lexus of Mishawaka, and I'd like to give Russ a big shout out. What impressed me the most about Jordan was that I immediately had a Carfax and full inspection workup at the time I test drove the car. I knew exactly what I was buying from the start, and there were no surprises. This is an honest, and well operated dealership, and I would definitely do business with these awesome people again.

In my 50 plus years of purchasing vehicles, this was absolutely the best experience ever. From Juan Sandoval, the sales associate; Bre, Dawn and the Sales Manager Todd, everyone was great. No haggling over the price, (which was more than fair). Trade in value on my vehicle was very fair.I would definitely purchase another vehicle at this dealership. Keep up the great work.
