I’m so angry right now that I’m seeing red! I’ve been sitting at the curbside pickup for 45 minutes. This is tedious and frustrating…. Totally ridiculous!
I can’t even get a live human being on the phone. I was on hold with curbside pickup department for 20 minutes and no one would even answer my call. Macy’s is really going down hill!

Was told i am “not allowed” to purchase the last pair of a style of jeans because it was “on the mannequin.” i have worked retail for seven years and have never heard of this rule before… assuming they just didn’t want to be assed, though i offered to help take them off. i’ll spend my money elsewhere.

We were there early in the day, and it needed a lot of straightending done. Most employees were courteous, but a man in the men's department was quite hoidy toidy almost rude.

I was doing a return on this particular visit but frequent often. The employees are not the nicest but store is well laid out. I like the selection as well as the backstage area upstairs.

Store lead “Janis” gave terrible customer service. Asking general questions and she tries to make you feel like an idiot. Had a bad experience overall, cashier saying that I can’t check out at her register, other associate saying that I can check out at any register. Told Janis about the situation and she said i was in the wrong. As a customer, was being polite and expected the same in return but unfortunately did not have that outcome. Overall embarrassment in-front of my family.

Ordered a couch with the help of salesperson Diane S. at the University Park Mall in Mishawaka, Indiana, despite the fact that she wouldn’t receive the commission because I initially worked with a different salesman. Next piece of furniture that I buy will be with her because of her professionalism, patience & kindness.
I hope Macy’s knows & appreciates the gem of an employee Diane S. is.

This store has definitely changed. No one to help in any department except shoes. Small selection of sizes in both dress and shoe dept. Had these large areas of mixed clothes and shoes that were all discounted. Big disappointment from the quality store it was. It is definitely pushing online shopping.
