Michaels is a go-to destination for all crafting needs, offering a wide variety of art supplies, fabric, frames, floral materials, and more. Customers appreciate the extensive selection, which includes items for party planning like decorations, gift packaging, and tableware. The Mishawaka branch has garnered positive feedback for its helpful staff, especially in custom framing, where associates provide valuable suggestions to enhance the final presentation of artwork. While many customers love the products available, some have noted challenges in finding items due to the store's size and limited staff assistance. Additionally, the introduction of self-checkout kiosks has raised concerns among shoppers, who feel it takes away jobs and adds extra work for customers. Nevertheless, the store's employees are often described as friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist shoppers, even when the store is close to closing time. Overall, Michaels remains a popular choice for anyone looking to unleash their creativity and find a diverse range of crafting supplies.
I used to visit Michaels with my grandma, so every time I go in, Iām reminded of her. The store is generally clean, and the staff are friendly, but the new self-checkout lanes are fantastic!
