Purchased first 2 seasons of a TV show. Guy was irritated that we came in at 5:45, because he closed at 6, but we made our selection quickly. He took forever to locate the DVDs, finality did. Later, we went to watch the second season, and realized he'd accidentally given us 2 copies of season one.
We went back to see if we could exchange it; mind you, this was only a $2.99 item! But the guy was really rude, didn't believe we bought them there, refused to help. If he really believed that, he could have politely said that, instead of accusing us of trying to rip him off (again, we're talking 3 bucks! It wouldn't be worth the gas to try to scam someone for that! lol)
Hard to believe it's worth losing a customer over 3 bucks, but hey, plenty of other places to go!

Owner seemed bothered by our presence while he was eating lunch at the cash register. Had gone in before and he seemed very nice and friendly, so we figured it would be a similar experience. Not too sure if he was having a bad day or not but I will never bring my business back to such a flipfloppy person that doesn't value the time/money spent by a guest in his establishment. The place also looks and feels like a hoarders basement.

1/26/2024I walked in looking for a PS2 or 3. I didn't see any so I asked nicely, thinking he may have them somewhere else like behind the counter, where most used places keep their consoles.He responded sharply with,"Do you see any here?"I won't be going back. If that's the way you speak to a customer with a question, you don't deserve my money. I'll just go to disc replay instead. At least they have manners.
