Close at 4pm is not good...most banks are open til 5..had a money emergency and went to get money a few minutes past 4 and closed....please stay open later

Always been a good bank for me across all lines and applications and formats. Had some transition pains through a couple of buyouts and mergers but sooner or later things worked out. Hated to see the west side location close but other locations suffice for me.
