Always so great to work with and so nice. Dr Gifford is the best! We have been seeing him for years. Jacky is so helpful and friendly! Had to give 1 star to leave a review....was with Walmart vision for over 15 years and switched to this place.....DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I've been waiting over a month now for contacts that have been on back-order, tried getting my money back but now have to wait on a manager that is not their to refund my money for the exam and to reverse the charges that I used my insurance for to order the contacts that don't even have a estimated delivery date....then they tell me I can pay out of pocket for another brand and have to wait another 2 weeks....I've always gotten my contacts when I've ordered from Walmart within 2-3 days...this place has no communication between them and the customer!!!!

Absolutely love the staff Jacky and Taylor, very positive attitudes. Definitely deserve a raise! I went in for an eye exam(my first ever appointment by my self) Taylor noticed I was a little flustered with paper work and came immediately to help me out. Then, after my exam she helped me pick out some glasses. Absolutely love the both of them! I felt very welcomed.

I used to go to Walmart for my glasses. I decided to try My Eye Dr last year and I’m.m never going back. This office specifically has the best staff, and Dr.Gifford really cares about his patients and always does the right thing. 10/10 would recommend.

Went last week for an exam. The people we worked with were great, especially Taylor (I hope I have the right person, energetic and positive blonde.) She was AMAZING and, again, her positive attitude and personality were contagious! My boyfriend and I left confident and happy leaving the store. This is where 5 starts would have been left.However...Went back today (Friday 2/24/23) to pick up our glasses and we had someone totally different who didn't offer her name. My boyfriend, who is a first time glasses wearer wanted to make sure everything was good before leaving the store. He asked how exactly are they supposed to feel to make sure the glasses were good before leaving the store, (since he didnt have more than a slight astigmatism but no distance issues otherwise.)The lady replied in a mocking tone of "Well, can you see? Then they're good."Since she couldn't answer with a follow up, I asked "do they feel too heavy on your face or do they feel comfortable to where it's like they're not even there? Is the nose comfortable? Are the pads good or digging into the nose?"She was obviously irritated with me, rolled her eyes and started packing our stuff for us and tried to send us on our way before we could ask anything else.Another lady, who's top was quiet questionable for work attire (strappy bra shirt), said in a repetitive tone "If you need any adjustments or repairs, come back and let us know." Then we were sent on our way without us, again, being able to ask any questions or anything.It was literal night and day business transactions. I do hope that Taylor (again, I hope I have the right name dear, you were AMAZING!) gets promoted and or a pay raise.As for the others... I hope they have a class where they can attent to improve customer service skills and basic communication.**If I have the wrong name, please let me know! I want to give you all the credit! :)**

I randomly stopped in MyEyeDr. and was immediately greeted by Jessica. She helped me select Rx sunglasses. She reviewed my insurance and made helpful suggestions. I felt like she genuinely cared about me as a customer. She wasn’t “selling” me glasses, she was providing her expertise to allow me to select wisely. Prices were very reasonable on a wide selection of frames and products.The facility/office was exceptionally clean and inviting. Parking is convenient as well. I am ver pleased with my visit and purchase.

Great experience! Dr. Gifford answered all my questions. Jessica spent a lot of time helping me choose the right glasses. She was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!
