Ordered a banner for same day printing and wasn't notified til 5:30 that they ran out of paper and won't have paper to print my order for "several weeks." Then suggested I call staples. Staples closes at 6pm so they didn't give me much time to make that move happen. Relied on Office Depot and they let us down smh

Friendly service and very helpful staff. Second time ever here to shop and had return printer paper because I bought incorrect one the first time quick and painless return policy. Good place to buy office supplies for the store I manage.

Print department is amazing !!! Disappointed in customer service within store. I wanted to purchase a specific printer. I asked for help and lady said kinda sharp if it's not out we do not have it. She commented that they are expecting a delivery the next day. I asked could they call if one is on the shipment and she said no. You just need to call the store. We do not call customers. It's not that they would not call it was the attitude. I walked out before I commented. I hope this is a one time occurrence.
