My husband and I stopped in this store last night, on Saturday February 1st. About an hour before closing to look for an office chair and a desk. We had looked at 2 office chairs that were on sale for $89 that I really liked. During this time, there wasn’t any employees around offering any assistance or answering any questions. We walked around and looked at the desks and had 1 in mind we wanted to purchase. We then walked back over to the chairs, to decide which one we wanted. To our surprise, all of the price tags were gone. We stood there confused for a moment thinking we were looking at the wrong chairs because the $89 price tags were removed from all of the chairs! I turn around to then notice an employee who had a bag full of what appeared to be price tags. I asked her if she removed the the sale tags from those chairs, because at this point my husband and I were still confused, she then very rudely said: “yes, because the sale ends today” as i look at her with a blank look, because the day isnt over yet, she then says “they don’t pay me to stay after hours and take the sale tags down!” I was in disbelief at how rude this women was, and it was still a half hour before closing. I turned to my husband and said forget it, we will order something from amazon” The employee then tried to say we could still buy it, and i told her no thank you, that she was very rude and we would just go somewhere else. Your rude employee cost your store approximately $300 last night between the desk, chair and a couple other supplies i was looking to buy.

This is the second time I drove 40 minutes to ship FedEx and their computer was down. The FedEx store was closed because it was Saturday. Shouldn’t you have better equipment if you are serving the public?? You need to contact FedEx so they can switch out your equipment!!

Don't use office depot to print. They will charge your card more than what is needed. They don't tell you that. It makes you put a limit on your card when you don't even know how much it's going to be. If you're over the limit from what you choose you will have to start all the way over then they charge you a fee for starting over. At fedex you only pay for what you print.

Wow the selection is a joke and the prices were outrageous. Why is this place still in business? Dunder Miflin is probably doing great with this competition

Wow I'm pretty impressed with their customer service. I rarely give 5 stars and the woman that worked customer service deserves it too. For some reason the survey wouldn't go through unfortunately. I ordered a desk through them and it came broken, I accidently called Home depot and they could only help me if I brought it back myself. But these guys right here? I got refunded, ordered another one and they will pick up the broken desk same day. You guys rock man, keep up the good work.

The less said the better I will never ever set foot in that place ever again waited for 40 minutes with little next to no assistance poor customer service if your a person of color if you don't have to go there please don't ...Please tell your staff it's not ok to ignore a customer or show preferences especially if they were waiting before people that were behind them with absolutely no assistance not very friendly people.

Moronic. Best word to use to describe this place. I just wanted a file cabinet. Went to the back, found the one I wanted, lady looks up the cabinet and says they have 2 of them in stocks. I follow her to the back and watch as she looks thru all these boxes for 10 minutes. Finally she says, even though the hand held is telling her there are 2 of them, she can't find them.
She then has the idea to order it online. So we go to the front of the store and I wait while she's punching keys with nothing but confusion on her face. She finally says that they cannot ship this particular file cabinet. Huge waste of time!

I've been in and out of Office Depot for over a year and Lucas is the friendliest and most knowledgeable associate to deal with. His suggestions are exactly what I need and he never leaves me hanging. Lucas is an associate you can build a great team from.

While I do not typically shop at office depot , we were able to find the perfect desk(s) for our home office and at a great price! The woman who assisted us was friendly, efficient and helpful!
