Don't go here if you can avoid it. I went last week with my mother to return my autistic sons school clothes he was too big for that still had the tags. The lady behind the counter was very rude & wouldn't budge on the return. We bought the clothes on 8-24 & it was just past the Return window by like a week or so, the clothes were still brand new with tags & the same clothes were even still on sale on the Old Navy sales floor. The lady at the counter was as rude as she could be. Had no compassion for others & was sturn on the no return policy after 60 days. We had just done this at JCPenney & Target the same day tho.... they all said they really couldn't do it but since they were brand new & were for a child they'd happily override it. Old Navy didn't care that we spent over $200 at their store on clothes my kids can't wear, they told us tough luck you should have come within the 60 days. My son is autistic & doesn't like to try on clothes as it bothers him, so we didn't know they wouldn't fit until it was a bit too late. But the OTHER STORES all did it with a heart & good morals. This lady didn't care about anything but her paycheck. Don't go to this store if you can help it, as they only care about the money they already made on you.
Shame on you Old Navy.

By far my favorite clothing store, although I mostly buy online for the special sizes. This location is always clean, organized, stocked, and fairly efficient at the checkout. The staff is friendly as well.

Love this store and plus size options. Old Navy is spot on for fashion, stocked inventory, choices and affordable prices! The 40% off sale was extremely great. The store was clean, organized and fitting room was too. They didn't have things piled up in rooms or on the return rack which is nice.
Emma was wonderful, very helpful and sweet! She went out of her way to find me sizes and offered some great recommendations on styles. Kathleen the store manager was terrific too. I cannot remember the young man's name that helped too, he
was great too! All in all really good experience.

Store was okay. Just a couple of rude staff because I didn’t understand why I couldn’t do an even exchange without a receipt after I was told I could on phone. Anyway, got there and couldn’t made to look like a fool and made very uncomfortable. Having a disorder that makes me twitch made me even more uncomfortable. I returned to the store with what I needed and the lead had helped me, but didn’t even have a pleasant experience because her coworker were snickering and sharing glances then staring at me. Just a rude experience. The lead that helped me was nice though.
