Absolutely the most unprofessional people I have seen in a long time . The store had a lot of people shopping and 4 employees . One young lady cashiering who was doing a great job . With a line of 7 people and only growing. Mean time you have what I believe to be the female manager and a very tall young man and one other employee with her winter coat on while work so she looked more like a customer. All three are standing around the cashier space showing each other videos and ignoring customers . I was in there 20 minutes and not a single person asked myself or any other employees if they needed help . The tall young man finally went behind the counter and was not friendly or helpful . Made a comment how he wasn’t going to ask any in line to step over again. Well buddy if you had a made an effort to help people in the first place without your horrible attitude then they would know you were ready to help them ! Entire staff needs to be fired including the manager. I will never step foot in there again. You are in retail and it is your job to be friendly and helpful.

Went to purchase jeans and 3 t shirts and they said dressing rooms were closed so they lost out on a couple hundred in sales. Absolutely ridiculous

Went to get a few pairs of $70 jeans at 730pm and they said changing rooms were closed... so.. they lost out on $200 sale.

The service was very friendly and welcoming! I loved how the workers kept talking to me about the deals and clothing. Definitely my go to store now.

The manager was so awfully rude. They close 30 minutes early and would not let anyone in. The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not happy.

gate is closed almost all the time and it says they’re “on lunch” came all the way here from canada just for a store to not open.

Good luck trying to shop at this store with their inconsistent hours. Also they are no open when their schedule is posted. DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO GO HERE.

On two occasions now, I've gone to University Park Mall & this Pacsun was not open despite the hours online & posted at the store front. Just 2 days ago, a friend & I went there to return shirts we did not end up liking. We called at 11 a.m. when they were supposed to open & got no answer so we headed there. We go to school nearby so we arrived around 11:20 only to find that the store still wasn't open despite having employees in the store. We walked around the mall until 12 hoping they would open & they never did. Finally at 12:15 my friend called & a young man answered. He said "well we were supposed to open at 11, but the registers are down" & preceded to hang up. There is blatant disrespect for customer service & seems that they are in no rush to get there registers fixed. I will not be returning to this Pacsun.
