About Pandora Jewelry
Pandora Jewelry offers a broad selection of jewelry crafted from high-quality materials like recycled gold and silver at accessible price points. The store provides a friendly and helpful shopping experience, with staff described as nice, not pushy, patient, and polite. Customers appreciate the efficient and kind service, particularly from the manager, who has resolved issues such as repairing a broken charm bracelet and replacing stones in a ring under warranty. This excellent customer service has ensured continued loyalty from shoppers.
However, some customers note they are finding exact same sterling silver charms, with identical details, available for a significantly lower price on other platforms. Despite this, the store remains a destination for those seeking specific items, like a particular ring in the correct size. Pandora is committed to sustainability and making it simple for people to express their love through their designs.

5 stars for attention. So do y'all never answer the phones? Been calling the mishawaka location over and over and not one soul answers to assist me.
