Pearle Vision in Mishawaka provides eye exams, state-of-the-art lenses, and a wide variety of designer frame brands. The doctor and staff are absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, super sweet, and treat you like family. The doctor made patients feel comfortable, was very patient and informative, explained everything clearly, and provided great service and bedside manner, including making accommodations for potentially serious symptoms. Staff members were awesome and helpful, assisting with frame selection and insurance details. However, some customers found the wait times long without being informed. The choice of glasses was described as just ok, and many noted the frames and overall price were very pricey or crazy expensive, with an extra charge for pictures of the eyes. Despite this, the care is described as genuine with clear answers and personal attention.
I always receive excellent professional service from the doctor and staff at Pearle Vision. I highly recommend them.

The lady who was helping us was awesome .The Dr made you feel comfortable and would answer your questions. I’m giving those ladies five stars , but the price was crazy for 2 people over 1500$ It looked like all name brand expensive frames so I’m giving the price no stars:)
