Frames are way overpriced and seem to be priced based on type of insurance. Interestingly there are no prices on frames only in the computer. Seems like a pricing scam.

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision in Mishawaka. I was able to get a next day appointment and didn’t wait long once I arrived. Dr. Warfield-Ziegert took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and I felt like she really cared about my vision and eye health. The front desk was really helpful with ordering contacts and using my student insurance vision discount. However, I didn’t feel pressured to order contacts or glasses from them. I would recommend and plan to return!

The lady who was helping us was awesome .The Dr made you feel comfortable and would answer your questions. I’m giving those ladies five stars , but the price was crazy for 2 people over 1500$ It looked like all name brand expensive frames so I’m giving the price no stars:)

All of the staff members were very knowledgeable. The wait wasn't very long. The dr was very patient and explained to me what was going on with my sight. After that I came out and went straight to the wall with another staff member and picked out my frames. She sat down with me and told me what my insurance was gonna pay and what my portion of the bill was. Thank you to everyone that helped me with the process.
