I had an odd shaped window replaced, existing windows resealed as well as weather stripping replaced for my sliding doors. Pella was fantastic! Very professional, kind, and punctual. I won't go with anyone else!

Had a patio door installed. Paid an arm and a leg. Had issues with caulk discoloration and trim splitting within the first month, it took forever and many calls for anyone to come out. A couple years later and we are already having condensation issues between the glass sliding door. Not happy. Can’t really tell from the picture or I would add one.

Had a salesman come out to measure all the windows to give us a quote. Been three weeks now and never received a quote. Called him and he had forgot. Would not recommend Pella at all.

I ordered a door through a contractor that was doing a kitchen remodel for me. The contractor and I parted ways b/c he was not finishing the work. I have a door that came from Pella and was delivered to my home on 12-1-22. I called Pella and a man called me back 2 days later saying that he would have an installer contact me. I waited until today 12-13 to follow up bc no one called me back. The woman who answered the phone said she can't help me b/c they sell the door and install as one price and that I needed to find a contractor. No problem..... so I ask if she could recommend someone to me b/c I wasn't sure where to even look and she said " No, I cant do that. We literally have so many contractors we work with I can't suggest even one"Service: Sliding glass door installation & replacement

Pella of Northern Indiana made a huge mistake ... now they expect me to pay an additional $5650 to have my windows replaced rather than just repaired.Their employee ordered the incorrect sashes to repair two window units. After the sashes arrived their technician realized the sashes were incorrectly ordered. Now the sashes that are needed to repair my windows are no longer available. So they refunded my money for the sashes and provided a quote to replace the entire window units. This will only cost me an additional $4600 for their mistake.Needless to say I am very disappointed with how Pella of Northern Indiana is trying to resolve the issue. They don't want to loose money, I get that but they don't seem to care that their mistake is costing their customer an additional $5650.I wish they had provide some real option to resolve this issue and not just a discount that still cost me $5650 for their mistake.Pella management should treat their customers better than this.

Pella of Northern Indiana made a huge mistake ... Now they expect me to pay an additional $5650 to have my windows replaced rather than just repaired.
Their employee ordered the wrong sashes. The tech realized it but the correct sashes are no longer available. So they refunded my money and said all they could do was offer a large discount.
Needless to say I am very disappointed with how Pella wants to service the issue, with me paying an additional $5650 to fix their mistake.
I wish they had provided a real option to resolve their mistake and not just a discount that cost me HUGE.
Pella management should treat their customers better than this.

We just had our new patio doors installed. They are perfect! The Pella sales person was honest, knowledgeable and informative. In a time when there are major delays with new construction, Pella was on time with the doors and timely with installation. The contractors did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend for all your window needs! Thanks, Gabe!!

my Pella experience.... I am looking to replace all the windows in my Victorian home. I contact the most highly rated companies which includes Renewal by Anderson and Pella. Pella quote was scheduled online, nice and convenient. The sales person text in the morning to confirm, perfect! I gave the 1.5 hour timeframe as requested. the sales person text 10 minutes after our appointment time to say she's running late...8 miles away. She arrives 30 minutes late, she's super nice, very chatty! 1.5 hours after appointment time we are only halfway through measuring windows and I have a patient waiting in my office (they have called to ask if I will be on my way soon). I call a friend who comes and walks the sales person through the rest of the home so she can measure windows. we talked about doing the entire home (59 windows) or doing in phases, sales person (Gabrielle) decides she will provide the quote in rooms. Fast forward 1 week as that is how long it took to get the quote, and only after 4 text asking if the quote will be forthcoming. I receive an email with a computer generated sticky not for $222k and likes for $26k and $16k and $195k and a brochure attached. I emailed and asked for additional information as there is none attached to the sticky note and advise that Pella is $65k higher than Anderson. As my experience has been with Pella, I get no response. So I contact the Mishawaka branch and ask for a new sales person or at least someone that is interested in providing information. The following day I receive a voice-mail from Gaberielle... she sent an email with the details of the quote and I have more questions I need to contact her directly! The quote would have been provided that say if I hadn't had to leave in the middle of the appointment....What? you were 30 minutes late then want to discuss your children and dalmatian that ate through the concrete in your basement.... Needless to say...Pella will not EVER be a company that I allow to waste my time again!

Gabrielle came to our house and measured for new windows. we have 3 single windows and 2 doubles. She promised to call us the next business day after she talked to her service people to see if our old Pella windows could be adjusted to work better. Our quoted price for 5 windows was $10,300. We never heard back from Gabrielle and our Pella windows are on the way from Lowes and for $5000.00 less.

How hard can it be to order a window? Turns out there is a great deal more to it than this DIY'er imagined. Here I received prompt, professional help with my one-window vintage bathroom remodel project. Gabrielle Kinder jumped in and patiently answered my technical questions and walked me through my options. As a result I got exactly the window I hoped to find, and ordered it with a high degree of confidence in getting what I expected. Installation was highly professional. Everything was manufactured, delivered and installed on time. Well worth the money to work with these pros!Service: Window installation

We are so pleased with our new windows. We had a challenging area in kitchen but they did a truly wonderful job. They said it would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. The cleanup was complete. The whole process was more than we could have hoped for. And we love the new windows too. Special thanks to Chad (salesman) and Ryan (installer).
