Groomers lazy, not 1 person in grooming area and these lazy people made excuse that my friend was wearing muzzle, pathetic people I will never return.

Set appt for the santa pics. Horrible experience and cancelled my auto ship orders because of it.
The older lady told us she got some great pics on our phone and wanted to push us out. I looked at the pics. Not one pic was of our faces or the dogs faces. She took these and said she got good shots and called for the next group.
I asked if we could get some pictured of our faces or the dog facing forward. She never tried to get my dog's attention to face forward.
It says alot when the best pictures are away from santa and in the parking lot.

I've been there twice to get fish both times I left empty handed after waiting longer then 20 minutes. They have placed a press for help button in the fish department which just tells associates to scatter when they hear it. It's really gone down hill.

Celebrated my Birthday there which also happened to be on Senior night, so I got a discount. The service was great & the food was really good. I even got an after dinner treat for my Birthday!

I had to leave a review for Sarah who previously worked at the PetSmart in Elkhart. She went out of her way to help me with a previous litter box purchase in which there was some confusion on my end. Good customer service seems less common these days but she was very nice and rectified the problem. She should be appreciated.

Had my large dog's nails trimmed for a reasonable price and very efficient time ! I can buy everything my dog could possibly need in 1 store . Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable & willing to assist me however they can!
