We ordered 2 nail guns express delivery. The order was delivered to the wrong address. We notified home depot immediately duetomy husband was waiting to finish our gate. First we were advised to contact the delivery company. They stated they would call back in 1 hour which they did not. We called customer who called the local branch. They advised us to repurchase the items and dispute the charges with our home depot card! They also stated they triedto call the delivery company but they hung up on them. They stated therewas nothing they could do! This is was the response with every customer service representative! Horrible customers services. So we did not receive our order and still being charged for it!

Don't order a water heater from them. Worst experience ever!!! Had brand new water heater installed, didn't work, needed a part. Had new part installed. Now switch keeps switching off . Had to order new switch. WTH? This is supposed to be a brand new water heater.....this is bs

Multiple employees walked by I couldn't get any of their attention. I was standing basically hovering over the only person who seemed to be working in the carpet/flooring area. So after THIRTY minutes of not being approached I just left everything and walked out. I'm headed to Menards.

I went to the store to see if they had a bird bath and was told that they are available on line only so I placed the order on May 23 and was notified that it would be ready to pick up on May 30. I tracked the item on the Home Depot website and saw that it was delivered to the store on May 30 so I called to see if I could pick it up. I was first told that the item wouldn't be in until June 3 but when I pointed out that their website said that it was already there I was told that the items hadn't been processed through receiving yet so I should wait until the next day and call to see if it was available then. This isn't the first time I've had an experience like this. In fact, I once ordered a toilet that I had to cancel because only the bowl came in and they never got the tank. This isn't the same Home Depot that existed several years ago.

Ordered a patio furniture set online at a sale price and after delivery date was pass due found out set had been shipped elsewhere and set was no longer available. Asked if we wanted refund or another set but that Home Depot would only honor New set up to $800 when the set we ordered was $1150. Hardly seems right considering we didn't do anything wrong and clearly wanted that set. Clearly unacceptable and Customer service needs to take care of. Looks like Lowe's will now become my new store. I can't recommend Home Depot when they treat customers this way. UNBELIEVABLE !

Cannot usually find someone to help you during the week. Went to buy some flowers to decorate tables for a party. Found the flowers but could not find the small plastic pots to put them in. Asked the lady at register and she was dumbfounded. Showed her a plant that was in a pot like I wanted. She didn't offer to look or ask anyone else. She was not a young person and expected her to be more helpful. No one else in the place. Lots of stuff in aisles so it was hard to get around.

I went in with a list of the sku numbers and Home Depot parts for a plumbing project. Two kind ladies greeted me at the door. I informed them that I would need help finding the parts for my plumbing project. They told me "Rick" would meet me in plumbing. After asking for the plumbing location they sent me back. I waited for 15 minutes for a "Rick" that apparently had checked out for the day. There were employees everywhere and no one wanted to help or had any idea how to look up their sku or item numbers. After 20 minutes of juggling through 3 employees we finally found on that could assist me. It seemed to go smooth in construction until I started on the project to discover that they sold me the wrong part. I have never had this kind of experience at a Home Depot anywhere else in the country.

Very disappointed tonight. The Home Depot is normally our go to for all of our business needs. Tonight we asked to speak to a manager regarding an issue. Leann, the on duty manager, didn't make eye contact, didn't acknowledge me or ask what the issue was, she only addressed her employees who were not the issue. They pride themselves on their core values including excellent customer service, "taking care of our people", and building strong relationships, etc.. Management should be the example, but her behavior and lack of customer service didn't seem to surprise her employees.

I have to say that I'm very surprised to be writing this review. Historically, Home Depot employees are almost helpful to a fault. This location tends to be a little different. I have, on more than one occasion, stopped by this location and gone unassisted. On my last trip, I was looking for a light fixture to replace the hideous one in a spare bedroom. I had questions, but figured the person assigned to the area would be able to help. I walked in, found the electrical section, and started browsing. To my surprise, there was either no one in the section or they were hiding. I walked around a bit, headed down the main aisle, and saw a few employees. They, unfortunately, were too involved in their conversation to notice me. I went back to the section, still no one. The one silver lining was the very nice cashier that greeted me, once I'd already decided to head home.

Went to the paint section where an older gentleman was extremely helpful by showing me the different kids of paint and telling me which would best suit my needs. There was a plethora of colors to satisfy any paint need. I found the books for the different colors helpful bc it gave me ideas on which color would look best in my room with the color of my sheets and decor. I also found some of the supplies for my Pinterest crafting ideas there. All in all it was an amazing trip and I only spent $100 on everything (including a step ladder). I will be back next week to get colors for my living room.

I will never go to Home Depot again ,first they ordered the wrong flooring ,gave them a second chance and they didn't have my washing machine pulled when told it would be ready for pick-up Remember the old saying fool me once shame on you FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME.

Workers here are always willing to assist you with what you need and friendly at checkout. Returning items is no hassle as well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that they didn't have what I was looking for at the store. They had keyboard/drawer sliders listed online but did not have any in store.

We needed a new Range and Microwave... Walked in and were warmly welcomed by Pam- she was great, answered all our questions, managed to keep our kids attention by including them in the process and 15 minutes later we were all done and headed back out to door. Highly recommend.
