First the wait was very minimal, the guy ive been going to was backed up for weeks so this was super helpful, it was also finished a lot faster then expected, the guy i talked to when i called was nice and helpful and the biggest plus was the price, i saved 100’s compared to the others i talked to

I needed an alternator installed on my Cadillac Eldorado ECS which they did. I brought my car in the morning and it was done by late afternoon the same day. They were courteous and professional. In addition they provided me with car to use while mine was getting fixed. Their prices are about the same as other auto repair shops. I need brakes and will bring my car back to Rick's.

We were visiting family after 4 hour drive and the water pump started leaking badly on arrival in South Bend. They were able to take a look same day, ordered parts overnight and we were on our way by afternoon the day after. Very fair on parts and labor!

Had some squealing from my front breaks. Called Rick's they got me in the next day. I believe it is Greg at the front desk he also works on the cars. Super friendly and explained everything going on after they looked at it. Needed new pads and rotor. They got it done even though very hot day and lots of cars in the parking lot. I would totally recommend them.
