Jim & Rich were amazing to work with! They made the transaction very easy and were very transparent. A lot of car guys aren’t fun to work with, but these guys are awesome. I highly recommend the location at 1407 E McKinnley in Mishawaka.

My daughter and son in law in 18 hours the car over heated and all the coolant was gone and water pump needs replaced and will cost 4,000 I called and talked to them they were rude and said well there’s no warranty so basically nothing you can do it’s your problem . What a very bad very unethical dealership plz don’t buy a car here .

My wife and I bought a car from Jim Bollinger and Rite Way Auto Sales LLC on 12/4/2024. In less than 24 hours it was it was broke down on the side of the road. Had to be towed home. They sold me a 2010 Subaru Outback with a bad head gasket.
Don't be fooled people. There is a reason their Google rating is so much lower than other dealers in their area. I wouldn't trust them if I were you!

Went here after seeing a few reasonably priced cars online and ended up buying a 2004 Nissan Maxima for my daughter's first car. I know how hard it is to find the perfect car for a good price in our current economic times. Is it perfect no do I feel I got a good deal yes. Jim is one of the kindest personable people I have ever dealt with on a used car purchase. I would go back there just for him and his due diligence and helpful nature.
Reason for the 4stars instead of 5 is I felt the owner even though was helpful also wasn't very personable and kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Thought he was somewhat pushy and didn't care for the way he communicated with Jim in front of me as paperwork was being filled out. Jim made a mistake but it was caught by them and fixed. I feel like I would definitely shop here again if looking for a good used car but I'd ask for Jim for sure.
I read a lot of reviews on here bashing this business and I may not know everyone's issues with them on vehicles breaking down early into ownership, but alot of that is on the buyer. Make sure you know what you are looking for and ask the right questions and don't be afraid to get dirty and check under the hood and under the car. Test drives are an ok indication of what you may be able to expect but checking the frame suspension and under the motor will tell you way more. If the motor is discolored or leaking there is more than likely something that will require work and make sure especially on older used vehicles to check the frames and subframes.
Thank you for the experience Jim! Your boss has a great employee. I hope it was just an off day for him as I don't know if I'd have purchased the vehicle otherwise.
