Just wanted to thank Anthony, the specialist there for helping my patient who bought hearing aids from my Georgia Sam's Club location. My patient was able to walk in while traveling and get his hearing aid fixed at no charge!

The manager of the Mishawaka store decided to stand in the middle of the aisle talking to an employee about another employee! Super professional!! My husband and I heard everything they said as we were trying to get around them to shop. The store was packed, but I guess the manager is above having to do any work! When our membership expires, we will absolutely be going to Costco. Will be nice being able to actually get the items we need without the store being constantly out or just not stocked because employee's and management would rather stand around talking crap about other workers!

Just bought my second set of tires form Jay the Manager of the TireCenter great guy knows his stuff , I have a corvette so I was alil picky with what they were gonna do he understood and said one hour 57 mins later they called me and the tires were done great service

Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service of this Sam's location. A family member suffered a medical emergency in the store and was attended to immediately by the staff, specifically, the manager Manny. They took care of our family member and ensured that she received prompt medical attention. This review doesn't speak to the store or it's food, but solely to the exceptional customer service they provided to our loved one. You can feel safe and supported by the staff at this store.

Been a few times to this sams club and the food court is the absolute worst I've ever been to. I recently moved from out of state and never experienced such a horrible sense of professionalism, urgency or willingness to assist from associates. It was over an hour before the closing time and attempted to order food the associate had an attitude then stated what's left is left which was two very old looking slices of pizza. I just take the slices since my kids are waiting for something to eat. I asked for additional items on the menu and she states we are out. Okay that's fine I say and I sit and eat. While eating I see the associate make the item I asked for but is packaging it to go. I witnessed several customers being turned away because they didn't want to make more food. Yet there's all these to go pizzas and pretzels being made to go for what appears like the associates. Not once did I see a customer come up and collect these items that are being placed to the side not under the turned off heat lamps. I couldn't believe the lack of service. Clearly food was in stock but the laziness of the associates to make it was the issue instead the associates claimed they're out. I would have gladly waited for a fresh pretzel than the old pizza I was given because they stated that's all that was left. Each visit I've come here they never have churros I'm not sure if it's a making them issue or an ordering and supply issue but it's mind blowing how the volume of people is slower yet the service is lacking . I paid for my membership in California and not once out of the over 10 sams clubs I been in got service this horrendous. I'm appalled by the presentation of the area (dirty lobby), the lack of service (rude associates) and overall experience! I will be calling the store manager to raise attention to the food court specifically and hopefully changes can take place but it appears to be a manger issue in the food court as multiple associates in that department really didn't care and all carried the same so what attitude and rudeness. It was not just one employee but all 3 working (4/9/22)

Unfortunately there is no mask enforcement in this store. We won’t be returning after seeing several individuals walk in, shop throughout the store and stand close in line at the check outs with no masks.

Love buying in bulk, however, Sam's Club was out of Charmin and absolutely no paper towels, Bounty. That's what I went there for. I still love Sam's Club.

Horrible credit card, abusive fees. Store staff cannot help with credit card issues. They pawn the credit card aspect off to a third party bank and claim ignorance if you ask / need assistance.
