This was possibly the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I was followed around consistently throughout my time here and it made me immensely uncomfortable. I don’t like feeling targeted and for that I will not come here again. Don’t waste your time here if you don’t want to experience this.

Cameron was great I really enjoyed talking with him. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me to the back and I believe her name is Cassie, I enjoyed talking with her as well. She showed me different products for what I was looking for. I really appreciate her and Cameron for taking the time to help.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me find the perfect gifts for my wife given the fact that I had no clue what I was looking for.

I go to this store almost every week or 2 week. Some of the girls are not as friendly as the Sephora the one inside Kohl's on grape road I believe. Not all but a few of them saw me in the line and didn't ask if I have been helped or anything so I asked one of them if they can ring me up, she said I can't the cashier has to ( in which I understand) but she should of went to supervisor or find cashier to help not having me standing for 15 minutes! Other than that I love Sephora and products

I went to this store today to buy some new products to begin building a new makeup collection. I cannot emphasize enough what a positive experience I had. They helped me get color-matched and took into account my skill level, time, skin concerns, budget, and preferences. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and warm. I had a really, really wonderful experience and I want to thank all of the employees who helped me: Cassie, Andrew, and Cameron. You are amazing! Thank you so much for all of your help! ?

Vic is the girls name I think that helped me find the best concealer I have ever had, I have never had a concealer match my skin so well mainly based on her opinion. She deserves a raise! So nice too.

I came in right before my vacation, to color match myself because i was in between foundations. I was honestly expecting to color match myself but the nice lady asked if i would like to be color matched and i said yes. She then called over an associate named (Mateo) who was pleasantly nice at first but then started to rush me after awhile which i could tell he was in a rush because his opinions started to seem rushed when i would ask him what did he think i should use or what he would prefer. He then flat out told me that he had to go help someone else, he didn’t say if i could excuse him he would help someone else and come back, he flat out told me that my time was up and he couldn’t help me anymore. This was by far the rudest thing I’ve experienced at any store for the matter. I honestly would of rather him not even help me from the beginning, idk if it was because someone else was spending more money than me but this was very rude Mateo i will definitely come back to this Sephora because it is by my house but i won’t work with him \\u0026 i honestly will go to Ulta if i can they are much nicer in there and don’t give u a time limit to help you.

I attempted to make a return this evening. I purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter back in Oct 31st 2022. This would normally be well out of the return window being that it is now Jan. 2nd 2023. Sephora has a modified policy knowing that people bought gifts that wouldn't be opened until Christmas. I tried several times showing the manager that this was the case. The absolute disdain and dismissive attitude I got like I was trying to pull some sort of trick. The awful attitude and robotic responses. No reasoning, no listening. I left angrily and called customer support. They knew the seasonal policy and was very helpful. Suggested I could show the brick and mortar store the policy and I was like, I tried. I ultimately got a return label from the customer service on the phone and will get my refund by sending it back that way. What a hassle. Horrifying customer service. A manager no less. Treat people better.
