“We only visited Martins in the Plaza, but it was certainly worth the trip. What an amazing variety and selection, probably anything that you’re likely to need. It was a really good shopping experience, even on a football weekend.”

You can park anywhere in the Princess City Plaza and walk to the different stores it’s that convenient.”

Always clean and the staff are always friendly in every store you go to. Always good food in the food court wide variety to choose from and tons of drinks to choose as well.”

“A lot of shopping and food options. Only reason they lost a star is because the tables in the food court tend to be sloppy and the bathrooms have water for soap. I dont know about you but I need some sudsy soap to properly clean my hands after using the restroom.”
“Small airport, but genuinely nice and friendly, a real breath of fresh air compared to bigger hubs. There's only one restaurant on site, mostly burgers and sandwiches, but everything is grilled fresh right there, so it actually tastes great, not like typical airport food.
What really stood out was the staff. Our flight got delayed, and instead of the usual airport nightmare, the team here genuinely helped. Compare that to somewhere like Chicago, where a delay means you're stuck trying to rebook online or waiting forever on hold - no real person to talk to, and even when you find one, they're too busy to actually help.
South Bend felt like a small village: friendly, helpful, respectful people who actually took care of us. So even with the delay, we walked away loving this little airport. Highly recommend, it's proof that small doesn't mean lesser when it comes to genuine hospitality.”

“Went there for toddlers 5yr bday party...kids had a blast..I had lots of fun and felt like a kid again....but felt 80 the next day when I woke up from all the jumping...lol. overall family friendly, things there for all ages..they even have a toddler specific area. Two thumbs up!”
