I had an issue getting a receipt from Sprint for a phone (needed it for Apple) Crystal went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. She was patient and spoke with the other people I had on the phone on my behalf. That girl deserves recognition in some way other than my review! A raise perhaps? She spent over an hour with me. That just doesn’t happen in todays world! Thank you Crystal! You were amazing! This was at the University Park Mall T Mobile!

Actually the staff in Mishawaka is great and very helpful. T-Mobile has been a good internet and mobile provider. No problems so far. ?? OH and they are cheaper.

I stopped in today to open a business account after speaking on the phone with my rep Emily! She’s a fighter for her customers! I was approved for financing on all the devices I wanted and as soon as I went to pay the customer protection department put my application on hold to verify my documents but I came in ready with them we gave the department everything they needed and more but was given the runaround every time but Emily she’s a Gem! Thank you so much for fighting me we got an approval and I walked out with everything I wanted when I walked in! Thank you Emily I’ll be back!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unwilling to assist college student wirh existing T-MOBILE contract to migrate from old phone to new phone. Told him to go to Apple for help. Contract is NOT with Apple, its with T-Mobile. DO NOT go to this store!!!

The customer service recieved at this t-mobile was terrible. We were told one thing by the manager who was very helpful but when we came in a few days later to start the process was met with a "come back tomorrow." When we asked why he simply stated that that was what he thought was best without hearing us out any further. Will never be coming to this t-mobile again.

I Went to the store on Edison St to get a phone, the people had an attitude and didn’t seem too confident of what they were doing, they took almost 40 minutes to finally tell me they couldn’t help me. They were trying to force me to buy an iPhone and I’ve never used one so I decided to go to the mall. I went to the store in the mall and purchased a new phone, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because I don’t use the phone that much. The representative was like completely different compared to the one from the Edison Street. Jair listened to me, he made sure the phone was the best fit for me for what I needed, he asked several questions on how I used my phone and recommended me the one I’m very happy with. If you need a phone with excellent service go to the mall they are a corporate store(I thought all stores were the same) and it’s so obvious the contrast between stores. Jair was very knowledgeable, patient and I felt like he cared about me and my needs. Good job T-Mobile for hiring people of this experience and competence. 10 STARS **********

HORRIBLE!!! Terrible, Greedy, Lying company! Do not get T-Mobile unless you want the worst PHONE service and CUSTOMER service ever. This company should be embarrassed after merging with Sprint because they absolutely wrecked it. If you don't want spotty service, even IN the city, NEXT to a tower, then move alone to a better company. Everyone I know that has Tmobile/Sprint hates it. Its trash.
