I was just at the Mishawaka, IN store & encountered the rudest worker possible. I had a couple returns that I purchased on my Childrens Place credit card. I didn’t have my receipt since I purchased on their credit card. They kept telling me there was no way to look it up without a receipt even though I used their card. Eventually they did find it but the woman was rude & going off on me the whole time. Couple items were from January 29th which is past their return period, woman was rude about that. I really didn’t say much until we were done & I asked for her manager’s information. That really set her off. If you did nothing wrong why would you care that I ask to speak to the manager. I definitely will not be returning to that store.

Had a wonderful experience shopping at The Children’s Place! The best part was interacting with and watching my children be helped by a service associate named Bri! She was amazing and I felt represented the store, the brand, and humanity in general quite exceptionally! I was a loyal customer of Justice, but now I’ve been converted to a loyal The Children’s Place customer! I’ll recommend to everyone this store and thank you for a delightful experience Bri!

Online sucks. Not the store. We had so many items canceled so my points were waisted. Never got a rain check. Plus when you go to the item they say they still have it.

First time ordering from this place and wont be doing it again. Ordered a pair of boots for my daughter's christmas present , everything was fine the money was taken out of my account and then I recieved an email today stating they cancelled my order and I will get my money back in 5 business days. After waiting 25 mins on hold I was informed when I purchased the item they were out of stock. Beyond irritated and won't be bothering with this place again.

I am so upset with this place. I've called customer service over 5 times for an online order that was shipped to the wrong address and opened, only to find 1/2 my order is gone- after driving acrossed town to pick it up! They refuse to give me my money back. Every time I call they lie and say to wait 1-2 days for refund to reflect on my statement. I call back to say it was never posted and they offer me a COUPON for a future purchase?! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! For the items I paid for and did not receive! I have never in my life dealt with such horrible customer service. I will let it be known how scandalous this company is, on every website I can find, until I am refunded fully for the hours I have wasted on the phone with these liars!

Always good items, sales and costumer Service. We love shopping here! We also went there ro look for ballet sets. The employee was very helpful and recommended Target because they did not carry them.
