Shoutout to Sara K. !! She’s literally the most intuitive hair stylist I’ve ever met. She’s a genius with color theory. Nobody would touch my hair as soon as they found out that I’d been applying henna & indigo to my hair for years. She took me on and was able to lighten my hair from pitch black to the most beautiful copper with beautiful strawberry highlights with minimal damage. She actually went above and beyond, timing and washing different parts of my hair as she applied highlights and lowlights over the course of 4.5 hours. Even more amazing, she analyzed my face shape and gave me a cut that would enhance and accentuate my best features. I’ve never had such a personalized experience at a salon before ! Please check her out! She’s magic! I’m def a client for life! Please don’t ever let her go JC Penny! Thanks Sara!!!

Very BAD hair cuts, my husband and son both got basic fades and neither or are faded. There is a solid line left and when we could see in the light there are patches of hair still visible and my son had a solid bald line where they tried to fade a small part. They also went way too high on my husbands fade after he said he didn't want it as high as they did. Lastly, the lady couldn't even cut my husbands hair and had her manager assist who proceeded to take his fade too high and give him a military hair cut. Very bad experience, it's very poorly lit in the room as well. Due to this being a boys and man's hair cut you can't fix anything once you take too much hair off, we should be refunded at this point. We had to fix their lines in their hair when we got home because it was so bad.

My hair dresser Lee turned my quick and easy trim into a NIGHTMARE!!!! I wanted an inch trimmed off with layers, Lee cut more than EIGHT INCHES OFF!!!!!!! HELLO?? EIGHT FREAKING INCHES OFF!!!!!!!!! From hair that was to the middle of my butt to what’s now to my shoulders!!!! I was in SHOCK AND DISBELIEF. Then she says “ hehe I cut more than what you wanted” I will never have her touch my hair again!! And to anyone who books with her make sure she UNDERSTANDS you, WATCH while she cuts your hair. My long beautiful hair is gone and NOT thick, because she also THINNED my hair! My appointment date was 7-18-2025. I don’t know which emotion takes over most, rage or sadness.

Took my 8 year old daughter for a haircut on Sunday. She received a shampoo, cut, and quick blow dry.. just as the description says when booking online for a kid's cut. The total should have been $20. The woman proceeded to try and charge me $50. After realizing I was not ok with the total, she acted like she was giving me a discount and charged me $35.. which is still too much for the service we received. I felt taken advantage of.

I went in today and asked if I could get a wash and silk press done. Thankfully the lovely ladies (Charity and Lusa) allowed me to get my hair done and let me tell ya they were both extremely friendly and Lusa (I believe that’s how she spells it) was absolutely amazing! I don’t trust a lot of people when it comes to my hair but she did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! I am definitely coming back!

I would not recommend this place for a simple haircut, I was charged 40 dollars for a simple haircut no shampoo, or anything else.
